    How much weight did you use on the bar and weight vest?
    Once I get to 225 on squats 20 is about as many as I can do but I don’t feel like puking.

    Rest a bit and do it again to build up your lung and heart
    5 sets AMRAP pushups + 20 reps of squats

    Damn that's actually pretty bad, height/weight/age ? Keep going anyone aged 16-80 should be able to do that with relative ease so don't settle for less

    Me when trying to do cardio. I've tried to do couch to 5k like 5 different times. I still can't run for more than a few minutes without feeling like i'm dying

      I had this problem for a long time. I used to tense all of my body a lot while running, I did different forms of cardio for a while and it let me learn how to relax.

    You'll get there. I remember feeling this way (I have GERD and I always felt like I was gonna puke, might have a small hiatal hernia too). With exercise, I lost 30lbs and almost all of my symptoms are gone. I just take a half dose of a probiotic and I'm good. I can eat whatever I want and drink (within reason) whatever I want. Just be sure to push yourself.
