Did anyone else start shedding hair like crazy after using creatine?

Also, creatine is fucking expensive now. Is it really worth it?

I have bought a creatine malate a few days ago, the recommended dosage is 5 grams per day, I'm 94kgs, should I take this or more?

5g is fine unless you want to do a loading phase

        Please elaborate?
I have been taking it for 4 days now.
Also, what's the best time to take creatine, workdays and offdays?
        Pic unrelated

1g per 10kg bodyweight. The 5g is outdated info.

Ok thanks, but should I take 9,5grams daily no matter if I'm just starting or after some time after loading phase?

I was balding like Hulk Hogan during my mid teens and come 20, my hair basically stopped growing everywhere. Time to hop on creatine since I got no more hair to lose.

Holy fuck you subhumans are so retarded it’s hilarious. One flawed study showed minimally increased dht, NOT hair loss, and you low iq subhumans now claim creatine „makes all your hair fall out“.

Hair loss is correlated with high DHT levels (if you are genetically predisposed) and creatine increases DHT even more, retard.

Literally one study showed SOME members on the team had elevated DHT at a "statistically higher" level after taking creatine.
There isn't even a casual like between the two. It just showed up on their blood tests.

We have no idea if creatine even raises DHT for sure.

I don't understand taking any stuff just to get stronger/bigger. Once you reach your goal and stop using it you will lose the additional volume that it gave you and being forever on something whose only benefit is looks is just dumb. If you are an athlete then go for it, but as a normal guy this is just stupid.

Yeah it fucked up my hairline and I don’t even have balding genetics. I stopped and the shedding seems better thank God

I started creatine around 18 and my temples started falling out, like dracula style receding. I stopped taking it for unrelated reasons (didn't know about the study back then) and my hairline has stayed the same for a decade after. Maybe I would have lost it anyway but I'm not taking any chances.

That's fucked up. Why would anyone pick some bloat gains, if it costs you your hair.

Face and hair are the most important things.

studies have shown placebo effect is as effective as creatine. they've also shown it noticeably increases water-holding capacity for muscles. i took it for a while, didnt notice a diff. tastes like shit you can have mine if you want. allstarhealth has the cheapest

      It doesn't taste like anything.

      >buying flavored creatine

Literally ngmi. Any supplement you take should be flavorless.

      >it noticeably increases water-holding capacity for muscles
Isn't that the point of creatine? Muscles get hyperhydrated and you get a strength gain because of it.
