Just as many or more animals are killed for your oats, eggs, and dairy as are killed for direct consumption.

My bad I meant DEA not EPA. EPA is practically worthless. Less than 10% conversion rate into a usable form unless you're a young pregnant woman.

Snake oil was a real Native American remedy used by the Seneca Indians, they would consume surface oil. Entrepreneurs bottled it up and sold it and shortened the name from seneca oil to snake oil, of course it was terrible for you but it was fundamentally no different than your average leftist homeopathic medicine today.

quite probably yes. Idk why fitness knowledge always works under the assumption of an abundance of resources. Anything related to a deficiency of either equipment of food isnt as closely researched. So there's a lot out there to interpret into a routine/diet/whatever based around a lack of resources

This is how to keep grocery bill down while getting a wide range of vitamins and minerals
    >Garden
It’s piss easy to grow most food plants. Many things like spinach and broccoli can be grown in an efficient (takes small space) hydroponic set up. You can also create a table top garden which would only cost like $50-$100 to build and that takes up minimal space (apartment balcony), that’s good for peppers and tomatoes strawberries and maybe some spices. Potatoes are piss easy you take 1 potato put it inside a 5-10 gallon bucket of dirt and 60-100 days you have like 10-30 potatoes, set up multiple buckets at different times and you’ll have potatoes ready to harvest nonstop utilizing about 10 buckets.
    >meat
Learn to hunt and fish. Get a chest freezer. You’ll only have to pay off the supplies needed to go hunt and fish on occasion but if you take the bag limits you’ll never buy meat again. In most states the bag limit is like 5 deer, 30-50lbs of meat from each deer means about half the year you’re having venison. Fish the other half. Not including things like hogs because pork is disgusting but if you hunt hogs I’m pretty sure they have no bag limit. But hogs and ducks and turkeys are also options. All you’re really spending money on is ammo once you have all the accessories you need, if you can clean the animals yourself you’ll save money too. Either way you’re spending far less money to go hunt and fish Vs a monthly grocery bill.
    >eggs
Get chickens, build a coop. You’ll have more eggs than you can eat.

The ultimate goal is to buy 20-50 acres, or more if possible, on a wooded lot or near wooded land. Have a larger garden, have space for chickens, be able to raise some goats for milk and cheese, space to build a self sustaining pond that you stocked with fish which will repopulate.
Get solar panels and you’ll cut the cost of grocery and electricity down to almost nothing. Have an online business or a few for any expenses left.

to be a proper lord you will also need at least one or two knights to guard your domain from raiders

        Anonymous

Yes. That is why you get livestock guardian dogs. 2 of them that hang around the goats. Kangal, Great Pyrenees, asian central shepherd, etc.
You also get yourself a donkey, raised around the dogs from baby age so it doesn’t kill them because they naturally hate canines. The donkey will frick up anyone it doesn’t know, kill coyotes, and stomp out rattlesnakes. The 150+ pound dogs will alert and kill anyone or any coyotes. And then you have yourself a guard dog that sleeps inside your home with you like a cane corso if you want any would be raiders that made it that far maimed/clamped down on while you shoot, or a Neapolitan if you just want the perceived fear factor and noise alarm.

A guard goose is also a good touch. Although it’s gonna make it’s homosexual ass noises for no reason at random times, you’ll know if it’s pissed about something and not just making random sounds especially if it has a mate.

you seem like you have it figured out, but it would still be nice to have at least one or two knights in full adamant or even rune armor training on and patrolling the premises. Bronze steel or mithril wont be enough against a determined group.

Not enough magnesium off the top of my head. If you're really curious check Cronometer.

250g Oats: Oats contain about 177 mg of magnesium per 100g. So, 250g would roughly provide 442.5 mg of magnesium.
recommended daily intake of magnesium for adults is around 420 mg for males
      thanks for input, lol
