    1.5 minute rests became 1 minute rests.
    Failed reps became ground-out reps.
    I just gas out less easily.

        I was plateaued out (wasn't eating enough) and the "gassing out" was persistent. My routine was calling for a 3x8 and after doing one set of 8, I could barely do 4-5 the next one and I just didn't recover no matter how much rest I got between sets.

    muscles got bigger after the first week or so (extra creatine makes them take up some more water than usual, you should drink more to compensate), was able to break through a couple plateaus and generally felt like i was able to work out a little bit harder during workouts. nothing magical, but it helped. try if you're unsure, since it looks like the worst that can happen is nothing

    I had more stamina and felt fuller and stronger. My genetic baldness hasn't gotten worse at all, if anything it's stopped, in the year I've been taking creatine

    No. I immediately enter my sensory deprivation tank and wait around 2h for the creatine to be in my system each time.
    Experiencing things distracts the creatine. Confusing the muscle is good, but distracting the creatine is bad for gains.
