    How much stronger is aspirin than white willow bark (or other natural sources?) If you have only minor aches and pains or want something for daily use I'd probably try a natural alternative first.

        Good question anon. Countless different doctor referrals, one surgery, and loads of physio, and they still have no idea. I didn't start lifting until 2020 because I thought it would make things x100 worse. Ironically, It actually makes the pain subside. If I miss a few days the pain comes back hard. Now the big downside is that my left bicep/tricep and shoulder are a good bit weaker than my right side. So I have to put a limit on my stronger side so that I don't end up like picrel.
