I did. Lost 60 LBS from January to December. Now I'm in the process of building muscle and killing the estrogenic skinny fat curse. I am actually quite a chad. I lift a month and my arms have grown massively already.

Should've started lifting much earlier. The skinny fat visible here is not going away with any calorie deficit or excessive cardio. But IST preaches against cardio anyway

nah. But next year though, that's gonna be some serious progress.

Yes. Lost the last 20 lbs of my total 160lbs weight loss, started making all of my own food from raw ingredients, and started going to the gym. I've put on 15lbs since I started going but the body scan says my body fat percentage is down 1% since I started working out.

Next year I hope to start doing cardio more seriously along with my lifting to help strengthen my heart (since it's probably a little fricked from being fat for so long) and also get my stamina up enough so I can go on hikes in the mountains outside of my city.

I gained over 70lbs of muscle in the past two or so years so I'd say I'm doing pretty well.

Why would you date someone for 5 years without marrying them?
If you make it past a couple years and you don't pop the question they must not be wife material and you're wasting both your and her time.

Since visiting snap city at 23 and other life experiences keeping me down I've jumped on the wagon again now at 30. Made sick fricking gains in about two months so far and have been able to start squatting again without any pain whatsoever in lumbar. Thank God for deadlifts fixing my shit. I feel like a million bucks right now having the most insane doms from yesterday's back-attack workout. I am going to be so fricking beautiful this summer I can't even

Going into the next year at 220. I'm down from 295. The year before that I went from 350 to 295. I'm hoping to look normal this time next year. So yes I think I've done well and will continue to do so.

Yes. My goal was to go every other day, and by and large I did. Now I am going 4 times per week (slightly more than every other day), and about 2 hours each session.

I finally got sick of gains goblins at my local gym so I invested in a more expensive one with a third of the members. It's triple the cost but it's not like I was paying much for the old one. I'm down 5 lbs already since doing it.

Yes. But I took steroids to get there and blow past my expectations. It was an enlightening experience and one I don't intend to repeat before my 40s.

  32. 1 year ago

I didn't start out with a big goal in mind, only the vague one of getting fit and losing weight and I do believe I achieved it, I went from 285 to 205, I can actually do sets of pull ups / chin ups, I can sleep on my back without issue, going up stairs is fun and easy.
I never thought I'd reach this point and I never knew how much better my body and state of living could be.

  33. 1 year ago

Nah. Lost two months to a string of sicknesses and now I'm looking at a month of slowly working up while recuperating. But at least I'm losing fat at a steady pace.

  34. 1 year ago
    Anonymous

Yeah, actually. I had no expectations at the start of last year, but around June I decided to finally lose weight when I saw I was obese. Went to a gym for the first time in my life. Now you'd consider me skinny and I'm trying to bulk to build back some muscle. We'll see how it goes by this time next year.

  35. 1 year ago
    Anonymous

yes. I went to the gym for the first time in years and lost 20lb of lard and then afterwards gained 20lb of muscle. Topped the year off by bonging a petite 9/10 Asian woman who complemented my muscles after the deed was done. Thanks IST bros.

Yes because im one of the best in here. Already reach my goal in the middle of the year to be slim and fit. Now i just maintain and try to be ripped but i do it relaxed and dont care much because im enjoying my tasty food

How did you go about this

        Anonymous

I do omad and doing cardio almost everyday with walking when im a fatass (98kg maybe). When i reach around 83-85kg maybe (i forget) i start doing bodyweight calisthenic pushup, squat, situp .etc to build + prevent muscle lost and still doing cardio + omad but i make sure to get enought protein everyday until i reach my desired weight.
Now i just eat 2 or 3 times a day with enough protein to maintain / cutting if i feel fluffy. You can see i become a chad right now.

No I'm like 5 years behind on my fitness goals. My goal like 2 years ago was to get to a 3 plate bench. Now I'm cutting and my bench is only 85kg highest being 97.5kg but I was a pig then. Honestly idk if I'm ever going to hit a 3 plate bench.

I did in March, I had cut 30 pounds, I was running a 6.5 minute mile, I could swim a mile in 35, I was happier than I had been in years. Then I moved across the country for a new job and developed an anxiety disorder.
Silver lining, I’m going to be pulling disability for the rest of my life.

Surpassed my goal of 2000 chin ups a couple weeks ago so I'm pretty happy with that, gonna start doing weighted chins and for 1pl8x5 next.

Next year is probably gonna be 5k push ups, depending how easy that is, which I suspect it will be, I might bump it to 7.5k or 10k.
