I had a 200mm lens and this absolutely works exactly as pictured. The bastard is you basically have to set the camera up very far from the subject like you can barely take a photo indoors with it unless you have a big house or studio or whatever
Kind of. My jaw is strong, I have a strong brow ridge and cheekbones, but my jaw is sorta misaligned so it sits to one side more than the other unless I consciously recenter it. Also my head kinda tilts to one side by default, trying to posturemaxx right now

Happens with mirrors too. Some will absolutely make you look like shit. Hotels and fitting rooms tend to make you look better.
