      You're not adding enough volume. Unfortunately, your wrists don't have much muscle and is mostly bone and tendons. To make your wrist thicker, you need a moronic amount of volume to promote bone growth. Best way to do this is probably 10min a day of dead hangs. I did this and my wrists grew in circumference by roughly an inch. Still not where I would like them, but it did make them noticeably thicker.

    It's not even a big deal. You won't change the circumference of the boney area, but you can increase the size of your forearms. Whilst you cannot generally put as much muscle on your frame as someone with larger wrists, small wrists with large forearms will look more impressive than someone with larger wrists with the same forearm muscle. Theirs will look more 'blocky' and less impressive -- it's a matter of perspective/forearm to wrist ratio. So focus on growing those forearms and they'll be mirn.

    Honestly, what you're going to have to do to grow your wrists, is do what Asian martial artists do to grow their knuckles, / boxers, and you're going to have to pretty much impact them regularly against hard s*** so that they calcify and grow bone deposits to become thicker
