Frick eating, frick calories, frick macros, frick chewing, drinking, frick disgusting protein shakes, frick having to think about what to eat every day for the rest of my life to die like a b***h, frick eating something in 2 minutes and having to clean for 2304230553 hours because dishes are disgusting, frick working and wasting tons of money

Genetics is all. Chads don't try. They dont think about macros, it's natural to them. Frick everything, I'll just give up. bye

homie, eat on a newspaper or banana leaf like poor Filipinos do if you don’t want to wash dishes. ideally meal prep tupperwares. also you don’t need to think, just eat those generic mixed frozen vegetables from grocery with broccoli spinach or potatoes along with meat eggs or milk. This isn’t hard

i eat cheese occasionally but not often.
ill use lemons for cooking but i don't eat them per se. the greens i eat have lots of vitamin c
i dont really like fish or seafood though. thats probably the only thing i wont eat that i maybe should

You're undoubtedly doing something wrong to weigh 260lbs and can only bench 255, i could bench 300 at 160lbs and i have woman tier wrists, my genetics aren't anything special

There's no way you weigh 260lbs and aren't strong as frick unless that weight has more fat than muscle, sorry to say it

Even if your diet isn't made of garbage you probably eat not enough protein and/or minerals and way too many calories, check your nutrients more carefully bro

The only other explanation is a genetic disability, which you probably would know if you did have it but visit a doctor just in case

i eat 230-250g of protein per day, more than most recommendations, for this reason, so that i can never say i am not eating enough protein

              Bro...

1g of protein per lb of lean bodymass is the most you need, i've always eaten that amount or less

250g of protein at 260lbs would seem to match but it's extremely unlikely that mass is all that lean, use calipers

Cut down on the calories, you don't need that much protein

Look up strength stats and records for each weight class. 300 lbs at 160 lbs is extremely rare even under desicated lifters, this is almost 2 times bodyweight

You're a liar bullshitting on an anonynous image board to feel better about your lack of effort. You're so lazy you don't know what maximum effort feels like. I'm 34, 330lbs, just getting started on my journey back to fitness. In one month i went from a lat Pulldown of 150 to 180. From a bench of 100 to 150. Same type of jump across the board for all my lifts. My genetics are shit but my effort is peak. You're a lazy gay.

This. "Chad" burned more calories during a single football practice than these fat incel morons did through 8 years of high school and college. That's why some people can seemingly eat anything and others can't.
This is all common fricking sense, but that doesn't suit their victim narrative so we're not supposed to talk about it.

      >Chads don't try. They dont think about macros, it's natural to them.
Did any of you play school sports? Or even talk to these Chad's who did?

Of course he hasn't. His whole worldview is combination of being on the outside looking in his whole life and regurgitating LULZ memes.
See: the infamous football player/cheerleader pic. Anyone who says you can just coast your way and exist through being a football player has never taken one snap.

Wrong. Body works in use it or lose it doctrine. No diet will save you from atrophy if you don't use your muscles. No diet will stop someone in a wheelchair from having pencil legs. You will not find a single disabled person with good legs despite their diet. This is not how it works.

    >genetics is all
Correct, genetics are the 'path' and all else are ways you maximize/go through that path. Your limit is genetics. The speed of your gains is genetics. But no human has the >3000ng/dl base total T required to have considerable gains without working out.

That's actually true. OP is correct.

Diet is extremely important and underrated.

Doesn't matter if you can bench 400 for reps, if you eat like shit you will be a power fatty with a bubble gut.

The only way to achieve aesthetics: tight six-pack, veins on lower abs and nice vtaper is by adhering to a strict diet. Aka eat less and put the fork down fatass.

    Big Brain OP is correct.

Even for building muscle, if you don't eat enough protein you won't make nearly as much progress as if you're hitting 1.0g per lb bodyweight or more in protein daily. Adequate dietary protein will make or break your gym progress.
