        It’s not gonna hurt but protein is overstated in value, and mostly just a meme sold by supplement companies to try and get you to buy their shit. Truth is almost everyone on fit could get away with 100g of protein a day and make gains. I hit bw ohp a month back eating around 70g of protein a day cause I’m a college student and meat is expensive here in Biden’s America.
