I decided to start doing dips, but I've been feeling pain close to my sternum after the workout. What can I do in other to keep doing dips safely and pain free?

Do them supported with a band for a while
Use a narrower armposition. Dont dip all the way down.
Get off my thread, coomer scum
I don't have a band so I will try to lower the volume, but I already am going easy on them so I don't know if it will be enough
what is the name of this disgusting hoo-er?
Shame on you
reduce range of motion
Do them correctly.
>t. dip enjoyer who has not once ever suffered shoulder pain from dips
What's the corret form for dips?
I was doing it until my arms were at a 90 degree angle, should I reduce the range of motion anyway?
Supporting your whole weight on your arms will make your clavicles and sternum take the impact and it will hurt like a b***h.
Just reduce your ROM to a bearable degree of pain and slowly increase depth while your body adapts.
Culo for your pleasure.
Get the frick off, disgusting coomer. I do not read coomer replies, I do not loo at coomer images. You disgust me, You are a devilish fat israelite trying to corrupt people's minds and if I ever find you I will kill you and let your corpse rot on the spot
I enjoy the artistic effort that drawing anime coom takes
>Not being so tempered that coom is but yet another picture
NGMI

Chill rajeesh
>shoulder pain from dips
Nice reading comprehension you fricking moron. OP was talking about chest pain
sounds like costochondritis anon
What can I do about it?
>dips
You probably round your upper-back when dipping.

Thanks, I will try that out
not OP but I appreciate this link bro, I wonder why basic dip form videos didn't mention this stuff or maybe they did and I didn't notice cuz I watched them on the spot right before doing dips for the first time
I'll try this and see if it helps with shoulder pain
