Hm, if you really wanna risk it (I only take it myself when it's <20°C outside because I hate the feeling it gives me in summer), I'd recommend to start with 1 mg per kg of bodyweight daily. Stick with it for two weeks to see if you feel alright, if yes, go up to 2 mg. I wouldn't go higher than that during summer because it's going to put a lot of strain on your body to keep cool.

Half life for DNP is roughly 36 hours, yet doses are taken every 12 hours. This means that it enters your body at a slower rate than it leaves. This translates to not feeling any effects for several days and then feeling it very intensely all at once. If you take DNP, make a formal dosage plan based on research and STICK TO IT. If you increase your dosage on the 3rd day because you "don't feel anything" you're pretty much asking to die from an overdose. Be smart about it and take the necessary vitamins to avoid cataracts.

You will require giant fricking glasses with huge magnifying power to correct for what your cataracts lens can't focus. You’ll have to run a halfassed cycle to figure out your tolerance to each seller’s product. 3.2mg per lb of body weight is a good idea for correct effective dosages but undershoot on your first cycle. If body weight says 750mg, run 250mg for four days and then 500mg for ten days and come off. One in ten people will have an allergic reaction which is why you start with the smaller dosage for four days.
Your real idea of tolerance won’t come until the last few days when concentrations are at their highest. If these days aren’t unbearably miserable, add the other 250mg to your next cycle after two weeks without anything. Always split your dosage up evenly throughout the day…. IE: 250mg in three dosages, 8 hours apart.
As for the summer, don’t be a pussy. DNP sucks but with a breeze on you, it feels the same on a 100° day as it does on a 75° day. Neither feels good but the misery is the catch to the magic bullet. I have taken test, tren, anavar and DNP at the same time in the middle of a Florida summer. Just take three showers per days and change your sheets regularly like you would for DNP at any other time of year and stay in front of a fan and in the AC most of the day.
