    Chinups incorporate the chest. This is why it’s push pull legs instead of pull push legs. If you do chinups and then bench the next day your bench will suck

          I look better, and am also 7 years younger than this guy, wanna see what i look like when i'm thrity fricking one??

          i divide my workouts and rest over a week i probably train like 30 minutes a day on average.

          i also don't get mogged by a fricking door, this guy looks 170 cm KEK

    When I do high rep pushups occassionally I'll feel a burn/pump in the back and forearms.
