Hmmmm…. are pull ups and chin ups the greatest upper body exercise of all time?
Yes
yeah?
yeah.
Yes
Wait, your torso is supposed to be slightly incline in chin-ups? I always keep mine straight
Your chest muscles are tight. Stretch them.
It's working
Chinups incorporate the chest. This is why it’s push pull legs instead of pull push legs. If you do chinups and then bench the next day your bench will suck
>Chinups incorporate the chest
How much though? A little less than lats? About the same? Much less? My chest is about as sore as my lats, maybe a bit less.
It means your chest is weak as frick for it to actually get doms from an exercise that barely uses it.
Yeah maybe so. I’m 225lbs and I can only bench about 1.5pl8.
>do bench press
>my rhomboid hurts
They work the pecs
Grab the bar wider to work your lats
No I like the forearm work from a narrower grip
Dunno, it's like magic innit
Imagine lifting for more than 5 years to look like that
he literally only did 2 exercises and developed a body better than 90% of gym goers who go for years, cope
>gym goers
Maybe
>who go for years
No.
Our biggest muscles (test producers) are in the legs, a balanced workout will give you way better results.
>muscles (test producers)
peak broscience, but i belive it
>10 years for that
> no legs
It's not only imbalanced, it's imbalanced and moronic.
Still, if true his workout sessions are done at home and probably only take 20 minutes. You probably spend an hour and a half in the gym and look worse than him.
I havent set foot in a gym in year
I look better, and am also 7 years younger than this guy, wanna see what i look like when i'm thrity fricking one??
i divide my workouts and rest over a week i probably train like 30 minutes a day on average.
i also don't get mogged by a fricking door, this guy looks 170 cm KEK
When I do high rep pushups occassionally I'll feel a burn/pump in the back and forearms.
