Hey bucko, anything can raise your cortisol levels, even being afraid when a gal is talkin’ to (You) like I know you are, Anon. Study biology a little bit while drinking some good black coffee.

It doesn't increase cortisol that's just gays blaming the coffee when in reality it's the fasting that's spiking their cortisol. If you have coffee with food you'll notice a lot less "stressful" reaction and most likely a more calming reaction.

First time I'm reading that IF increases cortisol. Is there any specific fasting time intervals that should be avoided?

I'm taken hostage by caffeine. I legitimately quit all sources for two months and felt like shit the whole time with no signs of improving. The second I sipped a cuppa again the fire of life came back into me. The devil has me in his grasp.

Coffee is one of those things I wouldn't give up even if it was actively killing my gains

Why not anon? Is it that good? All i get from caffeine is heavy breathing, shortness of breath, and a lack of sleep.

I don't "need" it and often do without.
I'm thinking you're b***h made to be so sensitive to it. Like the "hyper" kids who couldn't have any sugar because of how greatly it impacted them.

What's the deal with the anti coffeegays? As far as I know coffee is extremely good for the gains, plus if you Know, you can prepare some extremely tasty cup; delicious and fills you with energy, what's not to love?

Being dependant on caffeine. Needing caffeine to feel "normal". Messing with your sleep and quality of sleep. Messing with your apetite.
Do you want me to continue?

I honestly think it's pure correlation; I've never experienced any of that symptoms and I am a daily drinker. But I don't have any sources, only my personal experience.

      Based.
      >Three of the four elements are shared by all creatures, but fire was a gift to man alone. Smoking cigarettes is as intimate as we can become with fire without immediate excruciation. Every smoker is an embodiment of Prometheus, stealing fire from the gods and bringing it back home. We smoke to capture the power of the sun, to pacify Hell, to identify with the primordial spark, to feed on the marrow of the volcano. It's not the tobacco we're after but the fire. When we smoke, we are performing a version of the fire dance, a ritual as ancient as lightning.
