Do any of you guys suffer from anxiety?

Do any of you guys suffer from anxiety? It’s a big problem for me, but I’m hoping that exercise and avoiding sugary foods will help.

I stutter and i can't talk to women unless it's through dating apps social media

Would exposure therapy help? Stuttering doesn't have a cure, but i don't know if it's pure anxiety or what

I get anxiety attacks now every so often when I'm off my meds. I find that using your anxiety to drive you for what you want helps. As for women, they actually don't like it if you want them... so do the opposite and work on yourself until someone affectionately wants you.

Oh they like it, you can be sure of that, I mean maybe if it was super inappropriate or creepy there's a chance they wouldn't.

Just they have to figure what card to play - do they like you back, do they laugh about your advances to their friends, so they play the oh my god I have a stalker after me, all these considerations go through a girls mind and often they are almost random or for very stupid reasons how they're chosen.

I used to get anxiety attacks all the time. Haven't had any in years, but the damage is done. Only time I ever speak to people is when people at work talk to me

Yes, it's mainly a product of isolation for me. That will hopefully end in the spring, if I can only keep my shit together and make excellent progress over the next 2-3 months.

In addition to this, the weird thing is, I used to bite my nails due to anxiety, for as long as I can remember. I started doing nofap, in additional to a strict diet and exercise regiment, no vidya either, and after the 90 days I don't even frick with my nails anymore, anxiety or not. I'm actually thinking about taking the dive and getting a mani/pedi. I should probably do it this weekend.

Yeah I have horrible anxiety. It completely ruined my life. The biggest problem was the social anxiety, but it eventually metastasized into the rest of my life. I'm now 31 and too scared to do anything. Too scared to drive a car. Too scared to live on my own. Too scarred to try to get a real job. Too scared to bother going back to school (went to college out of high school and that's really where my anxiety went off a cliff). Most of all it's the social anxiety, too scared to let people into my life either as friends or to try to date because then they'll see how pathetic I am.

At this point trying to do therapy, trying medications, it doesn't matter because it's too late. And worst of all I'm likely too scared to commit suicide so I'll have to live in this utter hell.

Im the same but in therapy now. Baby steps. I feel like I'll never be able to fix it but some small steps to get better are possible. Any positive change will help you live life more.

It's possible especially if you get fit that you'll get lucky enough to land a mommy tier gf to help you with things. But these are 1 in a million

Getting a gf is the last thing on my mind despite how pathetic I am. I have to fix about a million different things in my life before I can even contemplate what to do to get a gf. At 31 years old with no life experience there's not even a point. I know it's defeatist but I'm just being realistic.

Just use something that makes you sleepy. Everyone with mental health issues loves to sleep.

Anxiety sufferers are just weak and need it beaten out of them. Stop making excuses or get off the planet.

Sugar lowers anxiety. Sugar binging is one of the fastest ways to lower cortisol, which is why woman binging on ice-cream is a meme for stress relief.

    Physiological markers of anxiety:
    >brain inflammation is probably the root cause, and sneed oils / omega 6 cause this
    >cortisol and adrenaline are the main hormones. Hope you're not drinking coffee on an empty stomach cause that's a really good way to spike cortisol and adrenaline. Stims are well known to cause anxiety.

There's also 10,000 psychological causes, but IMO if you master the physiologic causes of anxiety, then the psychological triggers mostly melt away.

    Example of Pro-Anxiety Lifestyle:
Drinking 4 coffees a day, with 6 hours of sleep, while being a skinny twig with low muscle mass, and eating lots of high omega 6 sneed oils, but screen addiction and some recreational drug use.

    Low Anxiety:
No coffee, no sneed oils, a bit of healthy exercise each day or time in nature, some socialization time each day.

In todays society, nearly everyone is a social moron due to sneed oil poisoning, vaxxeen poisoning and porn addiction and screen dopamine burnout. Which makes things harder for everyone overall. Makes it a bit like crabs in a bucket.
