Salad, especially lettuce, shit has basically no calories and is filled with vitamins. You get to supplement various vitamins into your diet, while barely adding any calories. Also salad + well-seasoned chicken is a fricking hit imo especially with some olive oil.
Add milk and meat and we're done
> Add milk and meat and w-ACK
Frick off fed
>Frick off fed
The fed subsidizes the meat and dairy industries.
Chicken is meat
and meat is murder
>add meat
I'm a huge proponent of animal foods, but this thread is about "need", and if you're eating eggs and (raw) milk you don't need meat.
Chicken is a vegatabe.
i would add:
some tilapia
some protein powder
a protein bar (low cal more prot ones)
total 2%
>mentioning tilapia
>ever
FlipBlack person moment.
add greens and you're set
I would add rice and some sort of vegetables. Also maybe protein powder if it's in your budget.
nuts and fruit
I am super moronic and very tired and literally every day feel like killing myself at some point.
So basically
>wiener
>balls
>sand
underrated post
I'd like me some wiener
add sweet tato, deens and veggies and this is basically my diet
remove oats, add beef, milk and cheese
cheese has too much bad fat in it unless its like cottage cheese.

I would add some spinach or broccoli, some nuts and some dairy.
Veggies, meat, milk, and fruit. After that you should be set

Kale and spinach a million times better than some gay lettuce.
Yes, some veggies every so often so you don't die of scurvy but meat and milk is gold tier
meat contains vitamin c
White meat isn't as good as red meat. And cereal isn't really doing anything. Imitate the diet of old school bodybuilders:
>Red meat
>Whole Milk
>Cheese
>Eggs
>Medium carbs
What’s a medium carbs?
meme
yogurt
a sweet fruit for simple sugars
celery or really any vegetable for water and minerals
wheres the deenzzzzzz???
bell peppers
