Do I give up bros? My lazy ass has been doing 20 minute walks every morning to work and fitting in 10 to 15 minutes of at home HIIT or weight workouts at home. I've been at it for 3 months and there's no drop in weight even though I'm eating less than 2000 calories. Do I keep huffing hopium and go at it or is it a lost cause?

I'm a poor asian at home wageslave so I get to eat mommy's homecooked meals. She cares about diet so it's usually a lot of protein and veggies with rice, occasionally only soup. I eat a sandwich or cheap aldi meal. So it's anywhere between 1600 to 2100 a day. I do one cheat day a week where there's a piece of cake so that definitely overshoots.

Measure your bodyfat, find your TDEE. Count all calories CORRECTLY including liquids (soup juice tea etc) and eat under maintenance. Don't do a cheat day, your effectively just wasting 2 days of your diet
