    I'm 162 lbs at 9% body fat and I could eat that without even needing a drink. I could probably eat that much at least twice a day and be picking at the box for bits of cheese or missed bacon bits an hour later because I'm hungry again. There's nothing abnormal about being able to eat 2-4 lbs of food in a sitting we just don't normally allow ourselves to because we know the satisfaction is short lived and not worth it.
