My shoulders gave me problems for years. A month ago I read that you should bench press while keeping shoulders back towards the bench. I've been doing that since and shoulder pains went away. didn't even realize my form had gone wrong.

What I mean is you're huge for the amount of time you've been lifting, so you must have god-tier muscle building genetics - such good genetics that your muscles outgrow your joints (like winstrol).

Probably doing it wrong if joints hurt or they are dry from no estrogen. That's only a problem usually if you use something like letrozole to increase test as it drys out estrogen to the point of severe joint pain.

Squat with 50kg each side, incline bench with 50kg each side as well(dont do normal bench cuz shoulders and wrist explode even with 20kg each side

I feel like there's no reason to do it when there's other back exercises you can do that have a lower chance of frick up
