I have light abs. If I flex in good lighting they look solid. if I relax in good lighting they are faint. if I sit down and slouch they turn into rolls of fat as shown

this is me standing up straight in a good light and angle. still not pumped or flexing. inb4 manlet. idk why my gut sags like this when I slouch, maybe because I use to be quite fat and there is still loose skin

I hopeyou are right and it's actually 20. I don't give a frick about abs but I want to get a high bench/bw ratio. I'm at 1.65 and if I'm carrying 15lb of extra fat beyond 12% that means I can get it much higher without gaining weight.

Why does this board add 2-4% to bf every time ? He is 16% with loose skin.

Right is flexed, when he relaxes the abs arent as tight and wont stick out as much. He could even look like left but with abs visable if bloated.

I’m not any of those other anons. You’re not 10% bf and me being fat doesn’t change that fact

      >Relaxed in a chair

You mean sat bolt upright, fully tensed (even your fuxking biceps)?

You look good, but don't lie to people or more importantly, yourself.
