I'm skinny because I'm all vegetables, meat, fish and dairy - zero junk food

Lmao no. You are skinny because you don’t eat enough. Double the amount you eat right now and you will gain weight, end of story.

Skinny people benefit from more food. If you want more protein and creatine, consider eating more red meat because it has a high amount of both, plus a shit ton of other essential micronutrients.

If you are disagreeing with the claim that eating more will make you gain weight, then nobody should ever listen to you.

Providing nutrition to build muscles, while keeping the fat percentage identical.
In other words, the only mass gain is lean muscle mass.

Your fat percentage is never going to be exactly the same while you only build muscle on a surplus. It doesn’t work that way. To minimize the fat and maximize the muscle, simply eat meat and fill the rest in with micronutrient rich food WHILE working out and doing some cardio consistently. Simple.

To be honest with you, nobody ever took their time to explain this to me and I'm just trying to keep a thick skin with my posts to not be called an idiot again.
The majority of fit advice is for obese people and skinny people just get "dude just eat", but that just fills me with fear thinking I will condition myself to eat more than I have to, unhealthily so.

I'm 70kg at 188 but fairly lucky insertions and want to be as meticulous in my journey as possible and not frick it up what I already have.
Thank you for your advice, anon.

I fricking hate how IST has just become fat person central, the only people who even lift here seem to be roiders.
Just eat 0.7- 1g of protein per lb of ideal lean mass, if you're "cutting" (200-300 calorie deficit) aim for the higher end, if you're at maintenance or "bulk" (200-300 calorie surplus) you can get away with the lower end. That simple, just count calories + protein (don't include plant based unless its from a vegan protein powder with plant protein isolates as plant based protein typically have a 50% bioavailability and none of the chemical that tells your body to build up muscle)

If you have to hit that protein goal with whey, don't worry about it, easier for skinny people to drink their calories+protein, it'll make it so you have room for more food later, the people whining about "why even use whey, just eat food" are usually fat.

If you want to use creatine on top of all that? Why not? It helps you go a bit harder during your lifting session, the shit isn't going to permanently thin out your hair, all it does it fill your muscles with water and helps give your muscles energy. Its useful if you find yourself getting too shaky/fatigued to hit all the muscles you want to during your workout. Whey protein contains the stuff your body needs to build creatine, but supplementing it isn't going to hurt. Just don't overdue it.

                >"bulk" (200-300 calorie surplus)
Is it really that simple? This is simply just eating one extra can of fish or one more yogurt.
How come such low extra calories have such an impacton weight?

I suppose it's a matter of consistency. I have days where I eat more than usual others where I do as usual.

In a day I usually eat:
                >4 eggs
                >dinner: meat and salad
                >snacking throughout the day (2-3 bananas + two handfuls of peanuts + 25g whey with milk every 3-4 hours)
                Thoughts? Thank you!

                >25g whey
That's grams of protein, to be more exact AKA 1 scoop

If you gain fat and muscle, your fat percentage stays the same as the ratio of fat to muscle is similar, If you gain muscle faster than fat, then your body fat percentage goes down.
If you don't gain any fat, and only gain muscle, your body fat percentage also goes down, doing this isn't impossible, and its not impossible to do at a caloric deficiet or maintenance with proper protein intake as the body does actually burn fat for the needed energy to turn protein into muscle.

If you want the same exact % body fat, but with more muscle, then you must also gain some amount of fat along with the muscle.

It feels like the only people who give advice to skinny people on how to gain weight is fat fricks as means of coping.

Are you op? If you don’t weigh your food you have 0 idea how much you eat. Your estimations are wrong. If you eat more than you do now, you gain weight. This shit isn’t hard to understand.

Bruh, OP didn't ask how to gain weight, they're asking if creatine provides more benefits than supplementing protein.
Protein is more important than creatine, but if your protein and caloric intake is sufficient, then creatine would still provide benefits as from my understanding it just provides the muscles with some extra energy, instead of waiting for it to refill it by synthesizing its own creatine.
So, if your protein intake is at 1g per lb of mass then creatine would help more.
How would using both not stack benefits?
How did this thread devolve into fat people saying "eat more" or "calories aren't real" etc.?

How could they possibly affect eachothers effectiveness

        >How would using both not stack benefits?
There has been a few studies that have shown no increased performance in the protein+creatine control group.
It's a Dude Just Trust Me at this point, but it's worth looking into

Could you link those studies? I just don't see how they would affect eachother. Creatine saturation in your muscles and your protein intake are entirely independent of eachother. I'd be very skeptical if these are observational studies

Most proteins you buy have creatine in them. No creatine has protein in it. Protein manufacturers use creatine to fake instant results… you’ll benefit more from creatine short term and protein long term.nnwyvv
