It's okay I hope you plan on putting a normal door frame on your doors eventually. I don't care about my pull up bar fricking up my frame because my frame needs to be replaced anyways.

Do cityBlack folk really? Not only do I intend to mortgage a property but I'm saving money for capital to put a down payment on a couple of acres of land that I'll build my own fricking house on. Still gotta make gains in the meantime though.

          >not doing pullups in a rental and making the landlord pay for the damages
All you have to do is put cloth in between the touch points of the metal and the door frame. Also I'm pretty sure you could paint over the marks if you were too lazy for the above for $5 or less.

This. If you live in a tent like I do then you can just use a tree branch; make sure to alternate with each arm on either side of the branch though to prevent muscular imbalances. Bananas are a good post workout snack.

List of things I did on mine during 'rona:
    >weighted pull-ups
    >weighted suspension trainer [ST] dips/push-ups
    >flyes
    >high cable work with concrete weights up to 75lb
Just make sure your moulding is solid wood/PVC and not MDF shit.

Only real issue is its cheap chinkshit plastic will bestially stink. I got one for $80 and threw plastic away, solid cheap solution if you poor student, of course university gym also exists but rona made it unusable.

those are expensive and large for something you can only do a handful exercises on, better get a power rack with dip attachment

If you have a door that fits it it's great. I'm pretty happy that my door where I recently moved fits it. Now I can do pullups at the gym and home.

Pull-up bar is a good way to start out bro.

Once you can do 8 to 10 reps buy a dip belt with chain. Pic related is the one I use, it's like $35 bucks on amazon.ca.

Once you can do 10 bodyweight pull-ups, start adding 10 lb to the belt. Keep training like usual.

Once you can do 10 reps with the 10lb added, switch to a 25, repeat. Once that gets easy, use a 45. Keep adding weight as you get stronger and stronger at pull-ups.

Good luck brother. I believe in you.
