Do you brush your teeth well? I think about the same time I decided to start lifting seriously I started taking my oral hygiene way more seriously. In a year my teeth have gone from a stained orgage/gold color, to a more natural bone white.
Highly recommend:
> Colgate Optic White- Pro Series 5%
Just started new routine. Electric brush and nano-HAp toothpaste which also contains xylitol.
yep, game changer for me was chasing every sip of coffee with water. And I drink water constantly throughout the day
I only brush/floss once a day before bed, teeth are white, healthy and never have plaque buildup
why dont you brush your teeth in the morning? what do you do with your bad breath and all the bacteria that has grown in your mouth overnight?
If you sleep with your mouth closed, you don't get bad breath in the morning.
Get mouth tape, anon, it's life changing
not as well as i should homie
Somewhat yellow is the natural color of teeth though. It's whtie teeth that are unnatural and are the product of bleaching, crowns, veneers and implants
Changing to a clean diet and cutting out sugar and all that shit was mostly to preserve my teeth and it's actually crazy how little care they need when your diet is on point. Like in the last 15 years (since I've been eating clean) I haven't had any dental issues at all and quite frankly, I don't brush that often.
I was quite seriously depressed through my late teens, early twenties. I never took care of my teeth.
Now I'm seriously considering a flight to Poland to get the all-in-four procedure.
All white teeth are bleached, and those obnoxiously white teeth are those dental implants every youtuber is getting. If you want white teeth, go bleach them then. Don't waste time with anything else.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how much whiter would my teeth be if I dropped covfefe? I currently drink two cups a day.
I drink two or more cups a day but use a straw and always rinse my mouth out after I'm finished drinking. Has yet to stain my teeth
posting a pic for reference would be a good starting point.
either way, depends a lot on how long have you been keeping coffee consumption and brushing frecuency and technique. 'whitening' toothpaste is a marketing bullshit, it will only make teeth shinnier for about 6 hours. as other anon have pointed out, the only way to have that unnatural white is through bleaching.
get a toothpaste that protects your gums instead of whitening bs, work in your brushing technique and ONLY use soft brushes. there's far worst shit than non white teeths, and gum recession is one of them.
This. Also, don't floss aggressively or gums will recede aswell.
That is genuinely terrifying wtf
don't brush and floss like a caveman and you should be ok.
ironically, this is where almost everyone fails unconsciously
and it actually hurts
hell yeah man
>floss daily
>brush more than once
>zimba strips
teeth gains are REAL
Ye
Put a couple drops of sweet fennel oil on your toothpaste before brushing
Your teeth naturally have a yellow tint. You didnt fall for the toothpaste israelite did you? Stop trying to whiten your teeth
Who can't wait to be done with their Invisalign here
brush at night to keep your teeth
brush in the morning to keep your friends
I went for an invisalign consultation today, ended up being referred to an orthodontic specialist.
I wondered why the progress pics on their website looked nothing like my mouth, the specialists do.
Looks like it's ceramic braces for anon.
They did the same for me too
Invisalign only works for pushing teeth into place
If you have teeth that didn’t fully grow in, you still need braces to pull them down
Teeth grinding can lead to gum recession. I didn't even know that your teeth aren't supposed to touch when in a resting position. Just bought this yesterday to try and prevent more damage to my teeth. anyone else?
