Does anyone else think those long athleisure bras and high waisted pants look disgusting? I get grossed out viscerally when i see a woman wearing them

Please don't tell me you enjoyed the low waisted jeans trend for women in the 90s and 2000s.

Unironically the worst women ever looked from a generational standpoint.

Just date men if you want that look

I dont like how skin tight stretchy clothes and especially the flat one color tights look on girls, it makes them look lumpy

To me nothing beats the old cotton stringer / standard non spandex mid waist jeans or jean shorts that was standard until like 7 years ago

HNNNNNNG Bring back Midriff please, it's appealing and yet not loose to show. Also fatties were too ashamed to show it off back then so we need to shame them again.

no it's now, high waisted jeans are obviously the worst. They pretend to high the gunt of fat women, which fools not a single person, and give skinny women the illusion of gunt. Literally the worst of both worlds. The only people that have a problem with low waisted fashion are fat people self conscious of their muffin top.

I’m in one right now. It’s been 9 weeks since my last one. I only do cardio though. The miles still add up though and taking it easy for a week every month or two just feels good.

I'm a bodybuilder. Deloads are unnecessary. I just cycle my lifts every 8-12 weeks or so and I'm good as gold

I just take a whole week off like every 6-8 weeks. Change up the set rep scheme go back to it. Some years I'll take a whole month off in summer just to enjoy myself.

Every 6-8 weeks I do an easy week were I do just about the same routine but less weight and maybe two less reps. Also, I do more ab isolation during the week just to eat up time.

I usually do a month of 3x10 then a week of finding my new 2 rep max then back to 3x10.

These women have restricted calories, induced hypertrophy, just to end up installing septic tanks for a living

Currently lift 5 days a week with 2 rest days, doing arm-heavy PPL so by the end of day 5 both arms feel like they're being wrung out like a towel so I need those rest days
Also currently in a deload, normally the "stars" of push and pull day are weighted dips and weighted chins respectively but after almost two months that was starting to beat the shit out of my shoulders and elbows so now just doing bw for not-quite-failure reps

3 rest days a week. I don't really deload per definition but training with RPE method some weeks my rpe8-9 sets will be less absolute weight. then weeks also vary by volume with some weeks being easier on volume than others.
