I usually do a couple muscle groups, followed by a mile run on the treadmill, then I go back and do another couple sets, or shadowbox/technique maintenance over by the bag/kettlebell section

Wrestlers don't even know how to throw punches, therefore they can't finish fights

Doesn't matter. If you can throw someone you win. That's why Judo is the best martial art.

You have to get close enough to throw. Grappling works when your opponent can't strike. Sometimes the lack of coordination I've seen from grapplers is appalling. You'd figure that their emphasis on technique would allow them to pick up striking fast too, but apparently it doesn't translate

Shelling works with big gloves on, but with 4oz or bareknuckled, its not enough. This is the mistake that non-strikers make. If you guard up, I can still hit you in the temple with hooks, or an uppercut to the jaw. Or if you're particularly untrained in actual fighting, I can punch/slap your guard and make you hit yourself

NTA But if I trained my reflexes hard enough and long enough and like 3 Judo throws couldn't I just snatch your hand and throw you? Hypothetical question.

You could, but grabbing my hand/arm means you've sacrificed one of your defensive tools as well. You now have to make a move to pull me into throwing range before I step back out into striking or kicking range, which you probably won't be able to since you've only trained in those 3 throws and nothing else. Pulling me into throwing range means you're still vulnerable to any of the 3 limbs you haven't grabbed, as well as an elbow from the arm you have a hold of. Statistically speaking, what you're proposing absolutely will work on an untrained attacker, but not a trained one.

What happens if your 3 throws are one handed tai otoshi, makikomi goshi, or osoto gari? the first 2 are the most arm domainant throws i can think of besides seoi nage

Doesn't really matter what throws. you need to get their torso moving over a pivot point, or get a trip in to throw them. Both of those require you closing the distance which makes you vulnerable to another strike
