    >they found that shoppers who drank a cup of complimentary caffeinated coffee prior to roaming the stores spent about 50% more money and bought nearly 30% more items than shoppers who drank decaf or water.

That's not a mild addiction, that's already advanced
Mild would be 1-2 cups every day or else you get withdrawal symptoms

I have about that much and my only withdrawal symptom is feeling tired. I have no idea what the people who whine about headaches are talking about

I used to drink about the same. Quit a couple of weeks ago. The difference is dramatic, overall feel better but still get some cravings for a caffeine boost.

how? caffeine withdrawal is so brutal, I can't imagine doing it unless I had a couple weeks of oxycotin or something

I used to have a massive caffeine addictionu til I realized that what I really liked wasn't really the caffeine but having a hot drink to sip on. I switched out coffee for hot tea (green, earl grey) which has much less caffeine. If I get a craving for the taste, I drimk decaf.

What are you talking about? I drink an absurd amount of coffee and the only withdrawal symptom I have is feeling tired. It sucks but it’s not that big of a deal. The far bigger problem is I can’t work out or work is hard which is why I always go back

same, about a gram of caffeine a day. nothing special.

This is not mild you'll feel better if you cut back I've been trying for 400 mg a day max trying to get a baseline going caffeine is a gay stimulant to be addicted to

Because I have a coffee machine at home, but when I’m out at work energy drinks are more convenient

Yeah, it is fasting. Not everyone drinks a onions latte with extra milk and cream. There is such a thing as black coffee which has zero calories and no macro nutrients you absolute fricking moron

Doesn’t feel right to me bro. I almost embrace the suffering of a fast and I usually already have that weird fasting buzz going on anyway so why not use it to detox from caffeine as well

I chew on a caffeinated gum that my ex used to like a lot. So I used to store some, super strong stuff. Now I have a bit of an addiction, so I buy the stuff still.

Also I drink Matcha every single day religiously in the morning. Do the whole gay little ritual. It makes me feel cool.

Dentists can do their deep cleaning thing and make the discoloration less bad, but you're never getting pure, original whites again, unless you want to go down Veneer Road.

I drink a lot. Everyone here saying you feel better without it, did you feel bad before? I don't think I feel bad but maybe I'm used to it. Don't see any other reason to stop drinking it but may try just to see.

It doesn't do anything for me, unfortunately.
I've been intermittent fasting for the last 3 months and I still get painful hunger pangs from 6AM to 1PM, with or without coffee. I have lunch at 1, and the hunger pangs comes back around 4/5PM. Dinner is around 7PM. Not even on a cut right now, I'm maintaining.
    I wish caffeine worked.

I'm slightly addicted, and somewhat try to limit my dosage because I don't agree being addicted to stimulants is in any way healthy.
