Here is evidence that raw milk is different than pasteurized milk. Children who drink raw milk have less asthma and allergies than children who drink pasteurized milk.

            >Reported raw milk consumption was inversely associated to asthma, atopy, and hay fever independent of other farm exposures.

Because children drinking raw milk live in the same families and communities that are out rural where they're outside more and doing more outdoor activities. Urban and suburban kids don't have access to raw milk and live inside. Raw milk in itself does not reduce asthma, it's due to lifestyle the different demographics live.

I wonder if dairy milk lowers IQ, it seems to be true in this thread.

this is not related to nutrients, but from exposure to animals. Basically the same reason why kids who were raised in farms are not allergic to animals. It's an interesting effect but if you are already an adult it wont work

Dairy milk isn't good for you. It's too rich in calcium and animal proteins which break down into a weak acid and leech your bones. It's why osteoporosis is only prevalent in cultures that drink a lot of milk like North America and north Europe. The amount of calcium we need exists in green vegetables, we need frick all.
It also gives a massive insulin boost the same as white bread. Maybe you want that if you're body building because insulin spikes cell growth. Maybe you like the taste of milk. But it's not healthy for adult men.

Calcium ions are a weak acid in the sense that Ca(OH)2 is a strong base. That is, Ca2+ is hardly acidic WHATSOEVER.
      >animal proteins
Yes, they are broken down into amino acids, like all other proteins your body digests. Amino acids from plants won't be any less corrosive, you fricking moron

It's a weak acid but the reason osteoporosis happens exclusively in northern Europe and North America is dairy consumption. Places that drink no milk don't get osteoporosis like Japan and sub sahara Africa. Dairy milk weakens bones through acidic leeching.

      >It's too rich in calcium
Our body highly regulates the amount of calcium we absorb from our gut using hormones like parathyroid hormone (PTH), vitamin D, and calcitonin. It's impossible to get hypercalcemia from diet (from food) if you have functioning hormones. Obviously if you take some drug that gets absorbed in your stomach and goes directly to your bloodstream you can get hypercalcemia, but that has nothing to do with food or your gut.

Our body, turns out, is pretty good at absorbing nutrients from food. It's like one of our primary functions lol.

If your body doesn't regulate calcium intake and you have excess calcium, it literally builds up in your arteries as calcified plaque. The problem is your don't really know how genetically predisposed you are to it.

In the carnivore community, it's well-known that tasty things like dairy make shedding pounds nightmarish. The insulin model of obesity doesn't go far enough. There's likely something deeper at play when it comes to consuming obesogenic foods and why we feel compelled to consume them in the first place. I believe it's a systemic iodine deficiency caused by massive fluoride dosing in the water supply, but others believe it's simply just innocent cravings and we should limit our intake if we're somehow eating the same amounts as others and gaining weight while they lose weight (at the same height, activity level, and sex, too). The ob/ob mice experiments that threw away the mice that would get fatter on isocaloric control diets was enough evidence (in my opinion) that animals experience changes in body composition based on hormones and not calories, but there are still those in the carnivore community who are aware of this data and disagree.

If the hormones are fricked, you're going to want to consume things that might balance them, the way I see it.
The amount of iodine we need to combat our toxic environment is estimated to be around 12-25mg/day. This is far, far more than the DRI of iodine, which was set to be the bare minimum to remove goiters in a pre-fluoridated water supply world. If you think you're safe because you drink filtered water, your meat might not be!

Milk is good for every single mammalian baby, then it's good for me. I cannot find one good argument why something that was good for babies, who you would want to feed the best food that makes them grow strong and healthy, becomes poisonous for adults. Milk is essentially specially designed for for mammals, you don't become a different species just because you grow up. Calcium also balances phosphorus and milk is by far the best source of it. And the meme that milk akshually is bad for bones is ridiculous, I'm sure protein isn't actually used for building muscle either. Don't need to read some pilpup that what seems completely obvious, that the body uses like materials to build like structures in the body, is akshually wrong.

Milk is designed for every mammal to grow strong and healthy, to be in good health, to build their immune system. This idea that such a thing is bad seems to be the result of a paradigm in longevity that believes anything that makes you more stronger, gives you more vitality, is aging you. It's such a moronic fear mongering statement that likens milk to some growth hormone drink that will give you cancer. In any case it's probably bullshit, the milk just gives the energy and raw materials to grow, the growth isn't caused by the milk, babies grow rapidly even if you give them formula despite it being sneed oil goop. I don't care about the rest of your bullshit pilpul milk akshually leaches calcium, even though it's drunk when babies are calcifying their bones.

I know it's a bit of a meme on this board but you're genuinely a low IQ person with low cognitive ability. I don't say it to be mean, I'm honestly saying you are unintelligent. yeah, they'd all drink liters, i dont think you understand how much milk dairy cows actually produce, and how many farms there used to be, with much smaller populations, and even now there is an excess of milk produced which gets used in other products

No it's not. European height came in the last 100 years with food productivity. Even Viking men were 5'8 which towered above other Europeans. Vikings were tall because of consumption of fish and meat were big, not eating cereals like the rest of Europe.

vikings didnt tower over anyone and "viking" is an extremely broad term to use since it just involves scandinavians across a period of 200+ years, as far as we know germanics were as tall as today in antiquity, the whole dark ages to middle ages was full of famine and malnutrition, somewhere before the enlightenment people were getting better food and europe was on the rise again, however your example during the early-mid 1800s when europeans were short, europe was recovering from a period of conquest and war with napoleon, then a mass migration from the poor ruralites to the cities with the advancement of the industrial revolution

and one of those crucial foods is dairy, which contains a perfect make-up of calcium, protein, fats, sugar, and vitamins B, this is observed in different periods of history independently in completely different geographical locations, infact early europeans have been discovered to drink milk despite not being fully tolerant of lactose yet.

All milk is similar in regards to the fact they contain basic components specially for mammals. Among other animals, dairy animals do have similar milk to humans with some being more alike, but again they still contain basically the same things.
                >Cows were producing milk before we domesticate them
10000 years of selectively breeding animals makes a huge difference, you're really losing this one here, we MADE dairy animals, plain and simple. And dairy milk isn't toxic, that's ridiculous, maybe the crappy super market milk, but otherwise no. Cross species breastfeeding is very much possible for example.

The cows weren't bred for their milk properties, they were bred for temperament and quantity of milk. Apply your moron logic to fruits. Fruits have collapsed in nutritional benefit over the centuries because they aren't bred for nutritional content either.

Dairy milk is not the same as human milk it's why you can't feed it to newborns.

                >We're all mammals bro so we good
Poor argument. If you think it's so good give diary milk to your newborn then

I will, I will give raw milk to my infant and they will mog yours. Of course they will primarily be breastfed but once they're being weaned they will consume raw milk. Fruit is actually more nutritious, being more sugar rather than fiber is a good thing.

homosexual, literally everything is toxic to newborns, even water. Newborns should ONLY drink mother's milk for at least the first six months, no water allowed. That's because they're building their immune system, has nothing to do with milk in particular.

do you realize dairy cows have been selectively bred by humans since the beginning? we literally genetically changed them to our need, which is also why dairy cows produce an extreme excess of milk, they would probably hurt if they weren't milked like 50 times more than would be enough for a calf

Dairy milk is toxic for new borns, because it's not milk designed for us.

That's inspite of the selective breeding, not because of it. Those are do to other reasons like soil quality, otherwise yes, selectively bred fruits are superior. We chose fruits with more sugar and less fiber, that is a good thing.

If its raw then sure or goats milk. But modern day dairy you buy at a store is very estrogenic. Something about the way they heat it turns it into a different substance.

Raw milk was banned in the mid 1900's everywhere and even the Rothschild themselves encourged it. So this modern day dairy milk can't be good for us.

ive been reading Mussolini's autobiography. I know he was portrayed as a bit of a brute, but when you read his account of his life, he really is quite eloquent.

    M favourite quotes so far:

"To this day I thank difficulties. They were more numerous than the nice, happy incidents. But the latter gave me nothing. The difficulties have hardened my spirit. They have taught me how to live."

"For me it would have been dreadful and fatal if on my journey forward I had by chance fallen permanently into the claw of comfortable bureaucratic employment. Any comfortable cranny would have sapped my energies. These energies which I enjoy were trained by obstacles and even by bitterness of soul. There made by struggle, not by the joys of the pathway.

The notion that dairy is toxic to newborns is a hilarious one, giving the fact most alternatives are formula, yet somehow babies aren't dying en masse because of it. But something that actually resembles human breastmilk, which we bred for human consumption, which actually is milk, just from a different animal, no that's bad, kek. Not like cross species breastfeeding doesn't happen, or that all mammals require the same basic things, even ruminants are de facto mono gastric animals as babies.

Fruits were bred for fructose taste. They went under very different breeding than vegies. Original bananas weren't even edible without cooking first. Modern fruits have completely degenerated from what they were even 100 years ago. Same didn't happen to vegies.

Sugar is good for you, sugar + saturated fat is gods gift to the world, it's tasty and is pro-metabolic. That's why milk has both in ample amounts. Anything tasty is actually good, the bad tasting things are neutral at best or foul at worst, but you can cover up the bad taste from rancid seed oils in fast food with tasty sugar.

          >honey is not "good" for you
Also false. Honey, like almost every whole food, is good for you. It's more satiating and affects blood sugar differently than processed foods like white sugar. Again, countless research studies show this.
          >it's why Egyptians had bad teeth
Categorically false. Modern hunter-gatherers in Africa eat hundreds of calories of honey every day and have perfect teeth. Egyptians obviously had bad teeth because of the large amounts of grains they ate.
