Yes, it seems to help with mind body connection and percieved exertion. I also like to play football a bit lifted because it puts me a bit more in the zone. I don't smoke it, and use a flower vaporizor so I don't notice any of the lung/cardio effects that smoking it would bring.

Most shredded guy in my unit was a football hooligan who said he used to smoke and workout. So there is probably something to it, pushing past pain tolerances or whatever. Risks I would imagine would be injury or getting too lazy to workout

I know a lot of athletes who all smoke as a recovery aid, not so much for training itself tho
