You, and everyone else ITT who doesn’t understand basic human anatomy, which simultaneously not being around enough/knowing enough women to have already seen this ass painting trend are wrong.

The radial and ulna twist. Beyond that how can you not just test this where you’re sitting or standing right now. Assume anatomical position, turn arms and hands so they’re facing backwards.

Hey, I'm the anon that actually painted the thing, while the positions of the hands are in a more uncomfortable position to practically sit down on, most girls pose with their fingers splayed back, or at least to the side.
And the fingers facing down, in the more natural position did not look as good when I was drawing it up, so I went with what is shown in the final piece
picrel shows what I mean, the more natural position looks weird right? Funny how art works

I had a manager that was built like this. How was I supposed to not stare? What, when we opened the store early mornings just the two of us and she wore jeans or spandex shorts or yoga pants, was I not supposed to park through the aisles pretending to organize and stock shelves but really be watching her ass as she bent over to maintain the fish? When she started doing yoga in the store hours before opening at 6am, was I not supposed to stare? When she asked me for help was I not supposed to grind my meat all over her ass and pussy? And when she’d or we end to be helping customers and she would bend over back arched ass pushed back into my dick, was I not supposed to look just because there were now people in the store? When her friend began working with us and asked me what I was looking at was I not supposed to maintain my gaze and tell him “your besties big fat ass.”???

Only one sentence form this is larp.

You guys explain to me what gives you passion to do stuff? I'm 30 and I literally have zero interests, motivation, or passion. Ive had countless hobbies through my life but I always get bored very fast. Now I just don't see any point of the future.

I'm motivated by seeing steady progress in things I'm interested in and the benefits of doing them.

You're probably like this too but not sticking to things long enough to see yourself getting better at the things you liked doing.

Idk I do shit for months upon months then just stop abruptly. I spend a good amount of time in hobbies. Then nothing matters and I have zero interest.

Don’t you lift, anon? It’s kind of the same. Some stuff you just start because it seems fun, others you do out of necessity like cooking or fixing things and end up liking them. I like learning new things. Yeah, a lot of them get boring if you do them all the time, but who says you have to? Some skills like learning an instrument do need a certain consistency if you wanna attain any progress, but you can bake a cake or write a short story on a whim without forcing yourself to practise these skills x times a week. Yeah, maybe you’ll never be published or win a baking contest, but then again, who says you have to?

Yeah I lift. That isn't a hobby it's how I try to lose weight so I don't become a pig again. I don't like it I have to do it. It's like swallowing bad tasting medicine. I started it because I wanted women to like me and that didn't work. I'm always 9n the edge of giving up and just gluttonmaxx. What's the point of doing things if I can never achieve what I want?

You have not received a spiritual education.
You need to learn to savor the moment and sort of "embrace death".

Leave all your shit at home and go on as long, aimless walk when you have the time. No wat h, no wallet, no phone. Just walk as far as you are comfortable, and then double it. Then come back.
This is a really easy way to teach your brain to push boundaries and explore.

Then I'd recommend smoking some weed (cheating basically ally) and enjoying some kind of prolonged observation: clouds or music or a very old boring film. Learn to feel the moment and, combined with boundary pushing, it should teach you to savor productive acts.

You learn to enjoy MAKING breakfast as much as eating it.
Enjoy MAKING love as much as climaxing from it.
Enjoy WORKING on your car as much as driving it.
This stuff comes with an appreciation for small, simple things being done with a very slow, deliberate intent.

I'm 31 and know exactly what you mean. Although I haven't exactly had your experience where you dedicate months to these hobbies then just get bored and drop them. I just fail to really get any hobbies to begin with because I hardly like anything. I'm pretty sure it's caused by my complete anhedonia about life since I'm a miserable pathetic loner.

And even the few hobbies I do somewhat frequently, I never have the drive to really take the next step with them. I just stay at the ground floor.
      >cycling
I bike nearly every day as my source of transportation, yet I never try to step up, join a cycling club, maybe actually make friends. Even when I ride the train, see someone there with a bike, never strike up a conversation
      >sports officiating
My real only hobby, and I do it a lot and even research and study it autistically, yet never try to step up to higher levels. Basically just use it as a time wasting activity.
      >music
I took piano lessons for years as a child, rarely practiced, gave up, never picked it up again
      >languages
Took Spanish in high school through AP, did well, haven't used it in over a decade because no social opportunities to use it. Have forgotten basically everything
      >television
I'm obsessed with watching television and it's what I've wasted most of my life doing, yet nothing from it. Being a television writer, critic, maybe becoming a producer to work on sets on actual shows, nope. Just CONSOOMING content.

I get so jealous and somewhat angry when I see these threads on here and see all these anons who have the passion and drive to have multiple, multiple hobbies. And then by not having hobbies, I continue being a loner, which masked me miserable, which makes me not find joy in any hobbies, and back to the start,

Oh I agree, but I still like Tetris because it's similar to learning to play a musical instrument. I play some piano too but I'm not really any good so I don't cite it as a hobby. Either way, I don't recommend anybody play video games, but if you absolutely must then picking a single game that you can struggle and improve with over the course of years is the ideal way to go about it.

I feel like I have mani interests but struggle to simply initiate. If I do start, it never goes anywhere. Its the same with old interests where as a teen I could commit the entire day to working on them and make legit progress.
    >art
Used to be able to go all day drawing painting making stickers inventing & working on new art forms, now I may start and then never finish it after doing maybe 30 minutes of work if even.
    >coding
I really wanna learn. It’s one of the few interests that can lead to a career/job which would lead to me unfricking my life. Same shit, maybe 30 minutes then I don’t touch it for days
    >reading
I used to be able to read an entire book in a day. Now if I even start I maybe get half a chapter then don’t read for months, its been years since I even did read any significant amount of a book.
    >streaming
I’d love to start streaming. Have great ideas that would set me apart from others. Can’t be fricked to start. I got twitch and OBS set up, it’s having issues and I haven’t worked on correcting the settings in like 3 months so I just don’t begin.
    >animals
I have some reptiles I plan to breed. Same shit except they only require maybe 30 minutes of maintenance a week. Could be a small business for myself if I invested in a male or two ball pythons to breed my females to. Need money. Need to unfrick the rest of my life first.
I’d also like to volunteer at the wildlife rehab near me, but same shit.
    >bass
It’s the only instrument I’ve ever taken a serious interest in learning. Got used bass and a used but brand new amp. Both worked when I bought them. Got home didn’t work. Went to guitar center, diagnosed by swapping all equipment in ever combo possible and it all worked fine even with each other. Had the guitar smith take a look he said it looked fine and he couldn’t understand why I’m having the issue I am. Went back home, nothing worked. This was 3 years ago. I still don’t know how to play.

Realized I had obsessions and compulsions. Once I could see it it was easy to fight. The hard part was realizing they existed. Shit like checking my lug nuts every time I get gas. Now I have more time that isn't consumed satisfying those obsessions.

Realized I don't need to be _anything_ or _anyone_. Just get comfortable liking what I like (provided it's not detrimental).
Related but different, huge strides in self-worth.

Just try a different one. Remember they're also people with their own philosophies about life. Maybe you got a shitty hippie that's full of shit. But someone else might approach mental health in a different way. Also don't forget they can be idiots too. I know three psychologists closely. One is very insecure and has a very limited life and life experience, the second one can't maintain healthy relationships and is always involved with unfaithful men (She's the facilitator) and the third one has a horrible married life with an abusive husband that cheats on her and two weird kids that basically failed at life. Hence why I'm not super positive about therapy under all circumstances.

          No shame in changing approaches.

I just agreed to get into therapy recently. I have to make an appointment with the therapist I selected. I definitely need it but I’m standoffish.
          [...]
I’ve had really bad luck with therapists. Parents split when young, therapists wouldn’t listen to the real problems I would tell them and just basically tell me “no your parents split you’re fricked up now how does that feel???”. Ironically now as an adult I do see the damage them separating has caused but it’s more to do with who my parents are than them splitting.
Therapists as an adult would just fricking talk over me. I’m so sick of people interrupting me at every sentence. I’m not UNintimidating by any means yet every single person cuts me off any time I open my mouth. Including therapists. How fricked up is that, I’m PAYING for their time so I can speak and they’re stealing that time away from me to add not even helpful things and go on tangents about their own life experiences.

An anon here posted a few days ago you have to cycle through multiple therapists until you find one that clicks so I’ll keep it in mind.
I do feel like I’m aware of my issues and understand them pretty well but at worst case I could use someone to spill it all out to.

Good job in trying something new. Hopefully it will work for you.

I think a big part of the problem is I made my adhd worse by abusing caffeine and other stimulants. I unironcially believe me doin ga dopamine fast would fix me, or at least make my focus like it was as a teen so I could at the very least do the things I have real interest in/enjoy doing

Uses shoulder and arm muscles to hold a heavy rifle up. Not a lot, but many females struggle to hold it up for more than 30 seconds.

Cool my girlfriend is an archer. She is pretty good. Her angle shots (when she's lateral to target) are absolutely insane. She could hit a paper thin object from the side at this point.

rings are hard because you need a weave strong and stiff enough for the band without being too thick. You're looking at 22awg minimum probably. Pic related uses 20awg 1/8" for the band because I have big hands.

Focus on getting good ring closures and practice doing them well in tight spaces. Keep a few samples of rings around so you can identify wire and ring diameter without having to measure.

Holy frick there are all different ways of doing this painting. The only thing to possibility get right is paint your ass and sit on a fricking canvas. Bonus points if the colors contrast nicely. Extra points if the ass is actually good.

In fact if you want to get technical, most of the ones with fingers towards the toes are wrong because they added those after doing the ass. Meaning they made print of their ass, got up, painted hands and made the handprint(s) after deciding where they thought it looked the best. So it’s not even natural. Inb4 arguments about gear being right or wrong instead of an argument about ass. Go watch videos. This was a whole fad like 1-2 years ago. Hands turned a way thumbs on outside is a sturdier position to sit in. It’s easier to sit and hold that than hands neutral at sides, meaning it’s easier for them to get up from without smearing the painting to get the cleanest result. There’s a reason it’s mostly in shape girls doing it the right way and fat girls (not thick fat) doing it the wrong way.
But to the point, it’s ass. Who cares about fricking handprints when there’s ass and occasionally chocolate starfish holes printed.

How are you too insecure to run but you don't feel too insecure to speed walk? I can't understand this. Are you worried about people shouting shit at you like run forrest, etc. or more of them making fun of you from a distance? I get pumped when people try to make fun of me, I run outside a lot and I've had all sorts of encounters. The best one though was on a trail, a group of girls was walking and taking up the whole path. They started laughing and doing like mocking exaggerated running motions and laughing. I do "practical" shooting. Basically moving through a course, shooting at multiple targets. Some stages fitness doesn't really matter, but on others being able to run fast and move explosively are important.

This is really cool anon, check out the 'tactical games' - it's a shooting competition but incorporates legit lifting; fireman's carry, rope climbs, tossing sandbags etc between shots or sets of. I mostly do long range atm.

      I've posted mine before:
      >Cooking
For creativity and expression in lieu of any other creative talent, and deepening my palette. This is one of THE most well-rounded, utilitarian and social hobbies to practice.
      >Shooting guns, tactical larp shit
The world refuses to collapse but it's fun to practice. I train with a short AR, use a friends kill house for a discounted or free rate. Next purchase is a bolt rifle or maybe a heavy barrel upper and optic.
      >Astronomy
Very cool to learn about planetary movements and near-earth events, I have high-powered binoculars with a large objective lens which works well, but I'd love a telescope. Also ties well into:
      >Hiking
To get away from light pollution in the city and to enjoy the night sky when the sun goes down. Good for dates, take binoculars and a picnic blanket.
      >Peeping Tom
I use my aforementioned binoculars to observe interesting goings-on in the neighborhood, the city skyline and perv on women changing/working out/fricking.
      >Light aircraft aviation
Excellent hobby, expensive so haven't done it much since the pandemic's heyday.
      >Map-reading/Creating
I'm learning to draw my own maps of both real locations and made-up ones. I actually got one recently, a German army map of north africa with a reference to Rommel on it. Pretty neat tbqhwufam
      >D&D
I'm just starting and I'm having fun, highly dependent on a good group
      >Boxing
For fitness and toughness, good social foil to the geeks at D&D
      >Fricking latinas
Colonize brown women today, mars tomorrow
      >Printing and posting far-right political stickers around the neighborhood to incite moral panic among leftist NPCs
Sometimes you just gotta have fun 🙂

tfw in Sweden, so when it's dark it's too cold to easily hike. Might do something next fall before it's way to cold. Also have thought about hiking in the car to have a 100% weatherproof "tent".
Also plan to buy a telescope. An 8" Dobson, so nothing that you carry when hiking.

Guys i need help. I want to stop just sitting in front of my computer all day. I goto the gym every other day for 1-1.5 hours. But what can i do for the rest of the day? I literally have no idea, besides walking but i cant do that all day

Posture is pretty important for stuff like archery, shooting and horse riding so maybe try that to strengthen your back further. For social stuff, join a team sport or some kind of martial art gym, I made a bunch of friends that I go out with at MMA practice and one of the guys I do BJJ with invited me to play DnD with some of his friends.

Boxing is pretty good as a martial art for beginners cause it's easy to pick up, useful and incorporates well into a lot of fighting styles, it's also very good cardio, that being said from my experience people tend to treat it more like a workout than a social thing and don't talk or stay afterwards, although that obviously depends on the place. I would personally recommend Judo or BJJ if you are mainly going to get friends.

You should be cooking around 8. Have dinner around 9.

Watch an episode of a show or study an online course for an hour and read from 10 to 11 in order to stay away from screens and go to bed.

Maybe use some of that last hour to get your stuff ready for the next day or do a skincare routine.

Just get a standing desk. You can even get a desk that sits on top of a tradmill and actually walk your entire work day.

Besides that, use the days you don't go to the gym to run in the morning or some shit. Also make sure you walk places and don't sit in a car in traffic.
