No, for the average aesthetics gym rat they are simple kitsch and nothing more. They are good for testing but garbage for building anything. There's a reason olympic lifters don't use olympic lifts for building size and strength. Not him but power is a fast rate of force production, meaning that how fast are you able to produce x amount of force.
powerlifters do max strength lifts wich can't be lifted at fast speed obviously while Oly lifters do their lifts at a fast rate because the snatch and clean are a portion of the max squat wich let them lift the bar explosively.
So yes it is pretty ironic that powerlifters are called like that while their sport is a strength sport not a power one.

olybros, where do i find a good gym for this? current commercial gym is workable but only one suitable platform + distractions of mirrors and people walking behind you a lot.
theres a lot of crossfit gyms around, but those seem to only be scheduled classes with no open-gym hours. are the oly gyms hidden, not on google maps? or do i call around to these crossfit gyms until i find one who has secret open hours?
Search for USAW meets near you - if there's anything nearby that means there's gyms nearby.
no such luck, closest meets are 50+ mins away. maybe if i ask nicely a crossfit gym will let me hang out in the corner and do my routines. seems like crossfit has absorbed all the would-be oly lifters.
Same advice really for both of you - talk to a local crossfit gym about paying to use the equipment only to train WL and find a coach who does online programming to give you a beginner routine and provide feedback. If they actually have someone with a USAW cert (doesn't guarantee quality instruction by any means but better than not having it) at the crossfit gym then see if you can get introductory lessons through them before moving to an online coach.

I do Clean and Jerk in my Saturday routine.
Yes, i do heavy power shrugs and heavy power upright rows.
I alternate (every 3-4 workouts) between Power Snatch and Power Clean & Jerk from mid blocks at the beginning of my workout before Squats. I usually do 4 sets of 3 reps.
If you're into bodybuilding you'll get a hard time with cleans, big biceps and chest are a no-no for these movement.

I didn't mean to offend people that use olympic lifts or variations but there isn't really any need for them, they don't build strength and muscle like typical strength/hypertrophy exercises and they don't build coordination, speed or power more than other far easier to learn exercises such as sports specific drills, dashes, jumps and others.
plenty of research has been done in exercise power/force production even basic bodyweight jumps are far superior to any olympic lift or olympic lift variant in power output because power is mostly dependent on speed and olympic lifts will always be slower than anything you can do with your own bodyweight.

I like power cleans but it's hard for me to stay consistent with them because they literally don't do anything for your physique or strength. My favorite gym memory was power cleaning some trainer's squat after he shanghai'd every squat rack in the gym.

That's gotta be the place to work on, your pull is not that bad and the strength is certainly there
Get a broomstick or something and just sit in an overhead squat for as long as you can at home, once you're comfortable down there you will be more confident getting under it
Probably needs to do more than just broomstick squat holds. Should also be doing overhead squats at high weight with speed on the eccentric, and snatch push press with dips into a deep catch. Confidence, balance & stability are usually the issue if power snatch/clean is exceeding squat snatch/clean.
Yeah for sure, gotta both build mobility and reinforce good movements in that new mobility
