Here in Europe many farmers sell directly their milk without supermarkets involved, I guess you could go ask farmers if they could sell you some milk, if this happens you must boil the milk for 30 mins or so.

yuro here, I used to think that e colli was a total meme, because modern industry has high standarts. I get my raw milk from a vending machine at a near farm, it's cheap and delicious.
One day the milk smelled weird, but I've drank it anyway and got poisoned. It was very mild and I just slept it off, but since then Im much more careful. E Colli is no joke.
Been drinking milk from the farmers for few years already, and never got poisoned from it but I actually saved a lot of money since It's a lot cheaper.

I tried to mix it once with water. Never making that mistake again.
Water because post workout I want my body to digest the protein as fast as possible. Any other shit just makes your body take longer to digest. If you're making some huge calorie shake with whey, you're defeating the purpose.
the quicker you digest it, the more of a blood sugar spike you're going to get and the more likely the protein is just going to be used for energy, especially when consumed alone.
I also eat a ripe banana right before downing the shake. The banana will be digested quickly for the energy.
