My dad was a skinny handsome as frick boomer, I've seen pics of him and he looked like a 70's rockstar. He's 63 and still has a full head of thick hair, not a single gray either. I'm taller though

Yes, I'm permanently 6 feet above them at all times

No. I'm just a smidge taller but my dad has a better frame and hair.

Easily. It's not even close, even when you compare me to them when they were 20.

    My dad at 20:
    >6'0", 270 lb fat frick, idk his lifts other than 3pl8 bench

    His dad at 20:
    >Skinnyfat DYEL with cocaine habit, never touched a weight in his life. 5'9" king of manlets.

    My mom's dad:
    >5'8" skelly at 20, fat alcoholic now. ran cross country in high school apparently
    >Betabuxxed for my grandma before it was cool, she ended up divorce raping him
    >Has used IST since 2003

    Me:
    >6'0" 170 lbs
    >past 1/2/3/4 natty (can do 275 on bench, which is disproportionately stronger than the others), can do 20 straight pull ups, 21 minute 5k, all natty.

And the weirdest part? Of all of us, I'm the only one who was a virgin by 18. I'm still one now at 20. Goes to show how high women's standards are these days.

NTA: 20 years ago when i was in 7th grade there was a 9th grade chick down the street that randomly started making out with me when i was hanging out with her brothers and sister. it continued for a month or so and then she started putting her hands down my pants. i had nothing to offer except myself. the next year i was shoving my fingers into the girl that sat next to me in art class....during art class. frick i miss the good ol days. always been handsome, only 5'9 and more energy than i know what to do with. im a spurg at 35, i can see the internal shutdown when i get rolling with my mouth.

its never women, its always you. women are like dogs, only issue is dogs are worth keeping around.

        im married.

    >My dad
    >7 figures as of the last few years
    >blonde bimbo wife is a couple years older than me
    >built a house in a country club neighborhood with a pool, golf course, pool, restaurant/bar, basketball court and gym, etc
    >buff and intimidating, tattoos and has never had hair but pulls it off
    >3 grown kids
    >2 babies with new wife
    >My grandpa
    >broke b***h
    >alcoholic
    >beat my grandma and my dad when he was in their life
    >grandma made an escape after knocking him out w a cast iron pan in the 80s
    >reaches out to son and grandkids after never once speaking to any of us when he realizes he’s gonna die

    >father came from somewhat lower class
    >went to community college, then state, finally got his masters after dual bachelors
    >had amazing position, six figure salary even during the 2008 financial crisis
    >paid off home, paid off cars

    >however, smoked heavily
    >scoliosis
    >way underweight
    >poor health overall
    >died before he could retire

I love my dad, I cherish what he did for us as a family and hope to honor his legacy. I never want to end up like him though, and I think that's what started my fitness obsession

No, my dad is one of the strongest people I've ever seen physically, mentally, and spiritually. I'm picking things up slowly and I'm much better as a person at 25 than I was even just a year ago, but I'd consider myself blessed if I'm half as strong as him in my thirties

Grandpa, yes and no. There's ways the man mogs the shit out of me. Certified in every trade and provided for my whole useless family for decades before we got our shit together.
He wrestled in high school but I narrowly beat him here with 1 years spread between karate, boxing, and bjj plus higher lifts than he ever got.

My dad is a gigantic pussy of an office depot manager who abandoned me as an infant and changed his number when I tracked him down at age 23. Every day I take a morning shit and that shit mogs him.

Great grandpa was magnificent man, flew planes, built cars, did radio, drag raced, all kinds of shit. Never seen him young, probably a chad.

Grandpa was a spoiled rotten fat kid with an attitude, doesn't do shit and is fat as FRICK to this day, whines about everything. Taller but obese. Ogre looking

Dad took after his grandfather, did auto paint & body, decent mechanics knowledge, tons of carpentry. Total outdoorsman. Tall, was fat when I was a kid but helped him lose a ton of it. Not terrible looking in hs pics

And I am a lesser version of my father. I was chubby as a kid but now I'm a 130lb ultratwink, average height. They all say I look like a handsome moviestar, so that's nice.

On physique yes, but not in being a man
    >grandpa
Worked on a farm his whole life, at 85 last year he was kicked in the ribs by a bull and had to be dragged to the hospital, left in 2 days
    >dad
Didn't really gym, but he's an 6'4 software engineer who had me playing sport as a kid
    >me
works in finance, 6'2 and 10% bf, married 7 years

Nah my dad took the leanpill and was a skinny 6'5 stoner with the jawline of a man with 10% bf when he was my age. Got beer belly fat after I was born though. I'm bulkier, have more muscle, better body, etc. But 18% bf face... literally the same face just chubbier. Rip.

In some ways yes and in other ways no.

    Grandpa:
    >was farmer on a bunch of land
    >never lifted a weight in his life, but got jacked from farm work
    >was in military and they literally brought him around from base to base, naked (not kidding), and said that this is what the ideal soldier's body is supposed to look like; I thank him for god-tier genetics
    >everyone called him Jim Spinks because apparently no man has ever knocked him down
    >unfortunately died of a heart attack at 50, never got to meet him

    Dad:
    >D1 football running back for a bit
    >benched 315x10 in his prime
    >won all sorts of sales accolades in his career, extremely humble
    >raised me and my 2 brothers who were both successful
    >Currently in his late 70s and looks like early 60s

    Me:
    >34 YO, 6'0", 185lbs, handsome
    >1.5/2.5/3.5/4.5pl8
    >relatively successful in career
    >decent social network
    >slept with countless women for better or for worse
    >every grandparent of mine has had early onset dementia by 70 aside from Grandpa who died of heart failure

I guess there are trade-offs to top-tier physical genetics, but I still wouldn't trade anything. I live my life to make my dad proud

    >picrel is me

My dad was built like a Greek statue in his prime, so no. I inherited my mom's fine bones. I can lift more than him in some cases though, but after i juries over the years his shoulder basically don't exist and one of his triceps is basically a monocep, so I have an unfair advantage.

Yes they're dead and I'm still standing
I'd piss on their graves but I don't want to become a registered sex offender over a joke
