This, or at the very least I wear an old sports pant that I had for years without underwear then hang it out to dry when I'm done (yes I don't wash it since they're gonna end up smelling like shit anyways at the end of the day)

Also are you wearing the same underwear to workout then putting it on after the shower, thus defeating the purpose of showering? Some of my underwear is 2+ years old, but I have like 15 designated for workouts. build up to multiple sets over time if need be, but jfc anon, I hope things get better for you.
