      For my pre workout I ejaculate multiple times to make my training sessions more challenge thus making me stronger.

    I drink creatine and BCAAs when I get home from the gym or when I finish my run on days where I don't lift.
    I drink a Bang energy in the morning though. And most days a cup of coffee. And usually a diet coke. And about 1.5L of water

    It is bad for you, not so much for the hair loss because that's a complete myth but you just get desensitized to it over time and you end up needing more and more... caffeine is terrible for the body and it's honestly just sugar and caffeine. better off taking a caffeine pill for literally more than half the price.

    I take preworkout ingredients every day I workout, only use a proper premade one on the weekend. For me it's 6g L-citrulline, 2.5g TMG, 3400mg beta alanine and 200mg of caffeine if I'm sluggish that day

    I got a Cialis prescription just because I saw a lot of people on IST say it was a great preworkout that gave sick pumps.

    20mg sublingual did nothing at all for me except give me a headache. It didn’t even improve my boners. Bullshit drug.

    I only ever use it during weekend lifts which are more intense than my weekday lifts when I need a bit of an energy boost with pumps and focus. Weekdays I lift after work so I use either a non-stim pre (no caffeine, mostly pump, focus, and endurance based ingredients) or nothing at all because I like enjoying my sleep. Even then I don't use stim junky pres with DMAA/DMHA or other borderline amphetamine stims in them. I've tested many of them and researched labels upon labels of ingredients and yet, I find myself avoiding caffeine usage, aside from the occasional morning tea/mate or of course weekend pre just to keep my tolerance low so it's always effective as the last time. Pic related has been my current go-to for a while (they changed the formula recently so had to stock up on the previous one). It is bad to take everyday yes, because you begin to develop a habit for it and you begin to need more so it hits as hard as last time and the long term effects of high stim usage is never good. Moderation is pretty much key to these kinds of things.
