    You can easily maintain on 3 days a week, which is what I do when I get extremely busy. Just go hard each of those 3 days. Try to do cardio whenever.

    lifting is gay, been lifting 10+ years, all good technique, no ego lifting, track and field all thru highschool, body is completely broken, got diagnosed with ostearthritis, shoulder is fcuked, mobility 0, left hip busted, physio said need surgery in the future, so no, frick lifting
