fun exercise but i feel it doesnt do anything i do it the way on the left. never really did any legs untill last month or 2 and i can already do 5 reps with 3 plates at 73kg BW
This must be a feature of trap bars. Straight bars, if you were to squat more, your knees would jut out too much for the bar to pass while pulling straight up.
i dead lifted for the first time in a few years a couple days ago... all i have at home is about 210lbs(not sure what my bar weighs, its not an oly) anyways it felt great... i filmed myself so i could see if my back was straight.. a couple days later (today) i noticed a sharp muscle pain in a tiny portion of my upper back. i think its going away on its own
what the fuck does that mean
you pick it up from the ground, you don't put it on your back
its clearly a deadlift, please use your brain next time you make a thread.
I Squack

Yes, this is what makes you hitch it and fuck your shins all up. Seems like it would be bad to even ingrain that movement pattern if you deadlift
I used them for deadlifts back in the day. I plan on picking one up and doing both exercises at some point this year
