    Only when I'm on my way into work, which is 4 days a week. I get three of these b***hes in the morning for breakfast with a cold brew coffee. Nothing else, no other fast food. Maybe local mexican spots time to time. When I'm home, I just make myself waffles for breakfast.

    The raw macros aren't so bad but the micronutrient profiles suck ass and it's a ton of sodium. The sodium itself isn't bad, it's pretty whatever your body can deal with it just fine, but it's going to make you retain a lot of water so you're gonna be looking bloated for a while. A sandwich won't do anything, a full meal will. But you know, it's only temporary bloat. Eat normally for a couple days and it goes away so, eh
