Usually after the gym if I'm feeling tight. Before bed is a good time for it too

No, because that would be counter-productive.

    - deep stretch 1-2 times a week should be more than sufficient to widen your ROM
    - otherwise light warming up as many times a day as you can to maintain active ROM

    And that's it.

Saw an article saying stretching before workout is bad. Makes you more prone to injury. You should just do 60-80% of your intended load as a warmup. Only stretch after your workouts cuz ya know, you're ready to stretch beyond what you're used to.

Better to stretch after a workout because stretching makes your muscles loose and in turn it fucks up your form

I do dynamic stretches before and do the normal stretches for the muscles used afterwards.

If you do normal stretches before you can loose performance i think. AFAIK it is this way for sprinters.

Dynamic stretching before, static after/some other time.

I usually do static stretching completely separately or after rooning. I pretty much just do the movement with lighter weights as a warmup now

I might do some very light dynamic stuff before warming up if I'm sore but it feels like it could easily do more harm than good. I try to minimize it. Should only be done as a last resort before skipping a workout.
Some static stretching after can feel nice as part of the cooldown but again it has to be done with caution. There are no benefits to stretching and there's some risk for harm, so you only do it because it feels good.

      >light warming up
As far as I know, the muscle had to be warm before stretching. That's why usually I stretch (Static) between sets and do mobility/dynamic warm up before workout.
