Stretching my hamstrings fixed my squat. I always recommend them to people with butt wink but most are too lazy to try and give up in a week

I need to do more ass stretches to fix the mild SI joint issues I got from bad form lunges tho

I really don't stretch very often unless I feel super tight for whatever reason, but normally when I lift I do a lot of warmup to build to heavy weight so I think I get the same effect.

I do 10 minutes of yoga in morning and evening every day, but don't stretch before/after lifting. I just warm up with lighter sets.

Only if my inflexibility is a problem with a lift, like before a squat I'll stretch my hamstrings and ankles, but that's about it

I don't, but if I wasn't always in a rush and stressed because my university thinks I have nothing else to do all day than study, I would make a stretching routine

I was doing a basic posture exercise a few days ago and damaged my chest muscle. Once I slipped on ice and damaged my inner thigh muscle. Not doing any stretching or warm up for me is a suicide

No I stretch every other night before bed. I'm 31 and it's wild how much better I generally felt after about a month.

I do feeler sets of my first big compound as a warmup. By the time I'm moving real weight, I'm warmed up enough.

Stretching is for if you've got a flexibility issue or an injury you're trying to heal. You don't have to do if you don't need it for something.

      >don't have to do it
Unless you're a woman or a gayfer. If you're going to be taking dick, you should be able to get your ankles behind your neck.

Did you know in World War I and World War II, all those guys that fought in that war, they did pushups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, climbed the rope and ran, but none of this fancy shit, and they won two world wars, two world wars by doing jumping jacks, pushups and sit-ups, two world wars.
You think they were worried when they were running across Normandy about fricking stretching? Are you kidding me? Give me my rubber band to stretch so I can run across that fricking beach. You’ve got to be kidding me.

Before and during, sometimes before going to bed too. Stretched muscle is a strong and reliable muscle. Never had any injuries, no symptoms of any either. I don't lift really heavy and have way above the average flexibility at 31
