    Zinc, vitamin D. I take magnesium but it tastes like shit because it still has the perfume in it, its a part of a bath salt mixture and the magnesium is in the form of epsom salts (sulfate).

    I'm thinking of making a mineral powder to add to water since I drink two gallons per day.

    It'd be Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, and Calcium Chloride. I'd just add a spoonful to each bottle of water I drink

        Not him but collagen helps your joints rebuild themselves if damaged a lot.

        I used to have chronic knee pain when I did sports from rucking up and down hills with heavy loads during time in the military. This was despite doing all sorts of stretching exercises on anything remotely connected to the knee joint. Started taking collagen supplements and eating foods that contain a lot of it (the skin on fish for example) and pain stopped. Might be placebo, or might have coincided with the time my knees naturally healed, but it definitely helped.

        There are huge individial differences. B6 toxicity is no joke. My multivitamin had a 600% RDA dose of B6 (which is still way lower than what is supposed to be toxic) and I started having weakness in my left hand. Took me a while to figure out it was the B6. I was lucky to catch it early. Symptoms disappeared.

    I try to get most of my vitamins frommy diet. A blood test I did last summer shows it works fine.
    In the winter though I take extra vit D because I live in Northern Europe with little sunlight part of the year.
    When I drink I take magnesium to help with hangovers.

    I used to be a shut in NEET who would go months without even seeing the sun. Vitamin D absolutely changed my life and gave me so much energy, that I won't do without it even though I now know I don't need it. I got on TRT a few months ago and it had much less of an impact on me.
