Coconut oil, butter, any kind of animal fat really. If you think about it then you realize that saturated fats are the only fats humans would have encountered until way, way, way down the developmental road. I’d advise you figure out what’s actually causing low test first so you can treat the cause rather than the symptoms, but if you have everything checked and it all checks out yet you still have low test, then got that route to get prescribed

3. take d3/omega 3, get regular time in nature + sunlight

5. don't work a stressful job. this is overlooked. cortisol is very closely related to test. if you have a stressful field or work long hours, quit.
6. don't be fat. fat is very estrogenic. get to a normal BMI immediately. consider IF and carb restriction
7. interact with women regularly and or have sex. testosterone is drastically lowered if you're not around women, scientifically.
