Do you wear any head gear like cap or beanie while working out? I don't know why but I feel like an autist working out with a cap on.

Because of insecurity. That's literally why people wear hats in the gym. Sometimes it's insecurity because they go bald, sometimes it's some vain homosexual that is afraid he has a bad hairday, and sometimes it's just an extremely insecure person in general, that feels safer as more of his body is covered (because, that's how humans work for some reason), but the underlying concept is always the same. People wear hats in the gym because there is some type of insecurity going on. So to answer OP's question, no, don't wear head gear in the gym. It doesn't necessarily make you look like an autist, but people will decent people/social skills will know that you are insecure, which is an image you might not want to have.

Based reply and truth. It’s like a security blanket for some people like how fat dudes with b***h breasts wear a hoody year round because it covers more and they think it makes them look slimmer and no one will notice

          >supporting my local sportsball team
Fandom is actually also sign of insecurity and lack of identity. Did you never notice this pattern that it's always people who desperately crave more sense for indentity that become the biggest "fans" of something, or they become like the most radically dressed people in some type of subculture? This is also why the most extreme over the top gay people always come from a background where being gay was not accepted. If a gay gay grew up in an environment where being gay was relatively accepted, he doesn't feel the need to become an over the top homosexual. He is just a normal person that happens to be gay. You NEVER, see someone that genuinely feels great about himself that has a need to become a goth or a big fan or some kind of sports team. I mean, they might like a sport team, but they don't actually become a fan to the point where they want to show it to the world by wearing shirts and hats. Being a fan is literally showing the world that you lack identity and that you are trying to compensate for it by making other people's achievements part of your identity. It's the epitome of being a beta. Your identity now revolves around celebrating other (alpha) male's achievements. Just think about that for a second.

Guys who wear hats in the gym are insecure about their hairline.

For me I wear over ear headphones and I need a hat to increase the friction on the headphones or they would be always slipping off with too much movement.

    That's because it's autist (and/or baldcel) behavior.

I am bald and considering wearing a hat because without any hair my head is full of sweat so cap would be taking some of it away. Only reason why I won't do it is because it would probably feel too hot but I will try someday.
