I've seen worse. Go vegan for 2 months to reduce your cholesterol and then slowly go back on your eggs and protein powder, albeit less and try to have some variety in your diet.

ignore his dyel ass and keep doing what youre doing
genetics dictate pretty much everything so if youre going to die from cardiovascular pathology it is going to happen whether you eat eggs or not

    Egg whites and cardio

      >Egg whites and cardio
I used to have high cholesterol but I ate the same amount of foods and just worked out more in general. I lift and have time set for cardio and my cholesterol levels are normal from the last doctor's visit two months ago. I didn't even listen my doctor about avoiding meat and stuff as I ate more of it for protein and it didn't even raise my levels in the end because how much I work out and move.
I take 10k+ steps btw on top of cardio days too.

Are you all boomers or something? How is cholesterol even coming up in conversation?

Most of the people on this board are between the ages of 22-35 anon. Oldgays and panicking wizards in particular are towards the higher end of that range

People think of IST as a place for 17 year old edgelords, but in reality we're all boomers in our 30's.

Doubling down on what the other anons said. More exercise and especially more cardio. Cholesterol is a panacea for those who are very active and a poison for those who aren't

Your doctor is just trying to psyop you into being sick and weak. Cholesterol is the building block for testosterone.

If your worried about the negative circulatory effects, start donating blood every 3 months. It significantly reduces the viscosity, and as a bonus, it makes your hgh go up to make new blood. Plus it simulates a battle, like we evolved for.

does donating plasma work or just blood

        Anonymous

No, needs to be whole blood to get the viscosity and hgh benefit.

Donating plasma is just a noble thing to do, but it opens you up to high risk of infection in the days afterwards, without all the benfits you gain for donating bloods.

I will often do a 6hr cardio session after donating whole bloods to make my muscles work better with less oxygen capacity. And to make my body used to functioning after being wounded, just encase society keeps on collapsing at the current rate.

Guess you fell for the "dietary cholesterol has no impact on serum cholesterol" meme. Better watch your egg consumption moron.
