    Go search for minimalist routines. Sometimes they include more than two days but no more than 20’ or 25’ for each training session.
    There are videos about this made by Thrall, Nippard, etc posted.

    you just gotta create one that crams so much into one workout and hits everything where you need at least 2 days of rest to recover
