Does anyone here have Instagram?

I don't mean a random one with pictures of your dog, I mean a fitness account. I'm seriously considering making one now that I have a pretty good physique, and was just wondering if anyone has had any success as far as followers goes or even sliding into dms. I think it might bring my game up a bit, but I'm going to have to start taking professional photographs and I'm just wondering... is it worth the effort?

      learn how to take good angles, use light to create shadows to create extra contrast to the muscles, retards use filters to compensate that: remember, shit in, shit out. use the camera right from the beginning and only do small image corrections (color grading, removing pimples, dirt and distracting shit in the background)

        Has anyone even just got an account where you show off your lifts? I mean I know most of us hate social media but surely one of you guys has some Instagram game.

            Thanks man. I don't really stick to set routine too long if I'm gunna be honest. I like to try out different things all the time. Although right now it's pretty typical, chest and tris one day, back and bis together, then leg day. I do a lot of flyes, dips, pull-ups, t-bar rows, lat raises and of course typical curling and tricep extension exercises.

      I know what you mean, this is the reason I've never had social media, the thought of it makes me cringe. But at the same time I think it could help me attract girls, and if I could capitalise on some niche and have some success that would be an upside. I'd hate to have some generic page and look just like everyone else, maybe I could appeal to IST?

    It definitively will help your game, so many chicks are on top of their insta game so having a good account helps a lot. Also don't restrict yourself to just one thing like fitness, an account is more authentic when it's someone sharing things they genuinely are into and or good at.
