All the forearm muscles should be highlighted. Also, believe it or not, the pecs get a load from deadlifting, though not enough stimulus to make them grow. The biceps get stretched and the pecs contract.
>does nothing because it does a few invisible muscles a little bit but mostly just learning to be more effcient at the lift

why is he leaning back
Because he's one of those morons that don't realize the tension stops at the lockout so he goes further back. Average deadlifter.

>All forearm muscles
Wrong, the extensors don't have shit to do with this >pecs
Where exactly does horizontal adduction happen in a deadlift you dumb frick
>horizontal adduction
lmao homosexual. do you also say RAM memory? how about ATM machine? fukkin dumbass. I've met israeliteS that aren't as moronic as you are.
No because that'd imply that I would've said something along the lines of horizontal adduction adduction or some shit. Unless you're moronic enough to think all sorts of adduction are horizontal, then you really just tripped over your own foot.
deadlifting is like riding a motorcycle really really fast, sure nothing will happen if you do everything and don't make any mistake, but when you fail(because you will, as every human does) the consequences will be devastating, no other compound lift have so much risk to reward ratio

anonymous guest participation should be more actively monitored on this site, as a business decision
there is a lot of spam and stuff that breaks the rules that only gets reported later, but they could actually just hire people from anywhere in the world to moderate instead of jannies
If I am on a blue board don't wanna see porn just discuss the topic of the board, but it takes time for people to report and all that

as a final though, IST is superior to social media sites and applications because it doesn't require registration and does not revolve around harvesting user data

It shocks me how people can't break the idea that big numbers aren't everything and just block deadlifts without realizing the long-term benefits it does for your back.
my sciatic nerve is too short so I can't bend down far enough without rounding my back (I don't even feel a hamstring stretch, just tightness at the back of the knee), so I have to settle with doing high volume RDLs to just below the knee instead

For everybody else it's the most complete lift there is

Your point has been adressed, your dubs acknowledged and your concession admitted.
The key to doing a proper pullup is to always make sure the the breasts are intact.
Deadlift and pullups are essential to be strong
>also snaps your back
moot looks frickin load dude got a few milli probably
not my kinda life but it makes you think about how much ad revenue this crazy site made
That's not him.
That's not Chris Poole the dude who made this website?
You know this site has only been around since 2003, that's around the time I started using this site as well.
social media sites and apps honestly suck balls
they are made only for making a profit and push propaganda
the mechanics of voting point systems are not the same as old style bbs forums, you can manipulate the system for money or other reasons

Moot is a troony in Japan now.
That can't possibly be him.
rowing and swimming also engage all major muscle groups, but are not geared towards strength training, good cardio though
jefferson deadlift is better
>does a bit of everything
>doesn't do anything notably well
>risks your back
Except make you look big. Don't @ me, I pull over 6 plates. Deadlifts are fun, but they're shit for bodybuilding.
I've never seen a troony deadlift before. I doubt one could ever pull anything near lmao 6pl8s
I love deadlifts but your absolutely right, it works too much muscles to be conducive for muscle hypertrophy.
okay so is 2 sets only a week good?
So much dyel back snap cope in this thread.
How about you don't ego lift sweaty?
I'm scared of doing deadlifts.
That’s why I make my girlfriend deadlift me often and I’m 225 lbs
god I wish that were me
gay
Ever been lifted by a girl? It feels amazing
no but this one girl I was seeing was too heavy to lift
It’s amazing, I weigh like 80 lbs more too
so is your bull the one taking the pictures here?
this troony is posting his gay picture in multiple threads
>hes probably trying to brag about getting a bf
deadlifts are practically the only major compound lift that I have not injured myself with in the last 12 years of lifting
It shocks me how people can't break the idea that big numbers aren't everything and just block deadlifts without realizing the long-term benefits it does for your back.
Oh well, less zoomers hogging the racks for me.
We should call it 'the basedlift' because it filters scared weaklings and homosexuals who only care about how they look on Instagram.
anti-deadlift homosexuals are a bunch of weak twinks
hit 145kg*3 the other day
>I am tired of Earth. These people. I am tired of being caught in the tangle of their lives.
Who needs deadlifts when you have pullups
opinions of high rep deadlifts with easy weight. say 225 for 15-30 reps?
The spine, particularity in my neck, is slightly misaligned, I can't do this shit
my sciatic nerve is too short so I can't bend down far enough without rounding my back (I don't even feel a hamstring stretch, just tightness at the back of the knee), so I have to settle with doing high volume RDLs to just below the knee instead
