Combat sports favor mass, hence why you have weight categories and why boxers do everything to cut weight.
That's also why powershitter are all fat - you just won't be as strong at 12% bodyfat as at 20%.
If you want to be good at wrestling and stronger, embrace fatass (>12% BF).

I am planning to eventually pick up boxing. Do you think I should cut of just float around 165 and eventually build enough muscles to stay at 165 and reach 12% bf? I have around 20% bf rn

Do you want to get lean for summer? Do you have enough muscle mass to pull off ottermode?
If not, keep clean bulking on a 200kcal surplus.

I don't really have any plans for summer and def don't wanna cut. But my questions is how heavy should I get? I had to stop working out like July (picked up again in october). I was 167 at the time and "felt" pretty fat. These days I am not tracking calories. I just intake like 130-150g of protein and drink half to a gallon of water

I used to count calories and was taking vitamin d, multi vitamins and ashwagandha, eating 4 meals a day. But sadly due to work and my grad school applications rn, it's sadly too much work for me to keep track of my calories these days. I even sometimes get dunkin donuts after a long day at work which I am quite ashamed of honestly

no, the problem sadly is that I don't eat at home often. I eat out whatever's cheap. I am not home from 8am-6pm and even after coming back I am just too tired to cook or even eat. The only thing that I eat every day is 6 cups of milk, 2 scoops whey, 1 fish fillet and nuts
bro please eat more. 165-170 is how bulky you should be, more so because you are under 5'10. Even girls are around 150 these days, don't you feel mogged by them?
