Does it work? Eating way below maintenance is not working at all

Does it work?
Eating way below maintenance is not working at all
I tried all diets but with less calories (600 max daily) and I get no weight loss.
I don't have hypo, I got it tested.
My resting BMR is 2200 according to that oxygen test.

Why did you go into such a big calorie deficit? You want to ease into it and not shock your body by giving it less calories than it needs to even operate properly.

Keto is the best way to burn fat. Think about it, you want to lose fat so you need to use it right? If you just starve yourself but keep eating carbs then you never burn fat you will just be tired and low enegy.

        There's no chance your BMR is 2200, it's probably 1800 - 1900

I find that hard to believe. Were you weighing your food, (and I mean Every. Single. Bite.) with a food scale? If not, pick one up from Walmart or something. They're pretty cheap. Were you drinking ANYTHING that is NOT WATER? If it's not milk, drop it, and IIRC 235g (less than you think) of whole milk is 160 cals.

          I don't have the time.

If you have the time for 60 minutes of daily eating (which considering you're not the male version of picrel, you do), then you have the time for 60 minutes of daily walking.

          180lbs, 5'11
          you?

          NTA but I'm 6'0", 170 lbs, down from 215 lbs in 2021, and 5'7", 242 lbs when I was a preteen.

That was the result, but let's assume it's 1800: I still should be losing weight.
In december I spent two weeks one or two boiled eggs daily and I lost no weight at all.

At 5'11 and assuming he's in his 20s a BMR of 2200 implies a weight of at least 230 lbs

TDEEcalculator seems to disagree, as does my experience with my own weight when I've only an inch on him.
I'm very open to being corrected though. That 170 I purported WAS 160 before Thanksgiving...and my Binge Eating Disorder (many such cases!) kinda got the better of me, and it's been slow to come off. Your numbers would explain that. Source?

YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS ONE SIMPLE TRICK IT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND AND israeli HARVARD DIET STUDY SCIENTISTS WILL CRY AS YOU DEFY SCIENCE ITSELF!

I completely stopped eating all seed-oil and my weight is falling off like magic even without a calorie deficit.
I even drink beer and my pudge is waning steadily.
Who'd have thunk goyslop was bad for me.
