Starting Strength fricking sucks for anyone who cares about aesthetics

    Yes.
You are at the very least way better off listening to his advice, lifting tutorials and programs than someone like AthleanX.

He goes too hard into "le science based lifting" image, but you won't harm yourself or do stupid/moronic shit if you do what he says.

This is why everyone will remember your name: Gaylord Skinny homosexual
Big guys don't analyze, optimize, and sterilize. They get the frick in there and force their numbers up.

Not especially. He's got no clear hierarchy of values which guide his advice. He's just any which way the wind blows. If you got his own anecdotal experience, the newest study which vaguely addresses what he's talking about, his own internal logic mechanism, recent meta-analysis, his own physical sensation on a lift, etc it's completely random which one of these decision guiding factors will primarily formulate any advice he gives. At least with a man who gives advice based on his antidote experience, internal sense of logic, and who doesn't claim to be the mouth of science, you know where you stand. Jeff is a slop content creator. Some of his advice might be good but the man himself is without a base

breaking news anon discovers well rounded information and concludes it senseless as you clearly can't have a variety of influences

Is that we're calling random baseless self-contradicting messes of misinterpreted data? Well rounded?

    Consider the following
    >He's a literal cuck
    >He's 5'2
    >He's a fricking leaf
    >He's poz
    >He's vaxxie
    >He's pro-lockdown

He overthinks everything. You can buy an old book like “encyclopedia of bodybuilding” or “ultimate bodybuilding”. You will see a lot of gains from that stuff even without steroids. The science based stuff is trying to reinvent the wheel.
